LOWELL, MA- The Lowell Spinners got some offense from unexpected sources Sunday night and rolled to their four straight win, a 7-4 victory over the Connecticut Tigers at a sold-out LeLacheur Park. 
The Spinners opened up a 2-0 lead in the third before the Tigers stormed back to take a 3-2 lead in the fifth on the strength a walk and four singles by Hector Martinez, Cole Peterson, Luke Burch, and Garrett McCain. But Lowell regained the lead with two in the bottom of the inning and never looked back.
Frankie Rios, who came in hitting .143, had two hits, while Nick Sciortino, who came in at .067, reached base three times, with two hits and two runs scored for the Spinners. 
Ryan Castellanos (1-2) took the loss for the Tigers, who return to Dodd Stadium Tuesday after a day off to face the Williamsport Crosscutters. Tuesday and Wednesdays games begin at 7:05, with the Thursday tilt marking the popular 11:05 AM start time on Camp Day at the park.
