Batboy: Assist the team as a batboy, maintain clubhouse and dugout cleanliness, and help with equipment inventory
BBQ Team Members: Prepare food and setup catering area for group BBQ’s and picnics
Beer Hawkers: Serve beer and other goods directly to fans within the seating section
Beer Pourer (21+): Assist fans with food and beverage transactions, pour beer, and maintain concession stand cleanliness
Clean Up Crew: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Gesa stadium; morning shift (9:00AM – 12:00PM) and game shift (6:05PM – end of game) available
Concession Cashier: Assist fans with food and beverage transactions, support Concession Runners as they gather food to fill orders, and maintain concession stand cleanliness
Concession Runner: Work closely with Concession Cashiers to fulfill all concession orders, deliver items to guests, and maintain concession stand cleanliness
Concession Stand Manager: Keep assigned concession stands stocked with food and beverages, keep track of gameday inventory, and maintain concession stand cleanliness
Food Prep: Prepare food for the concession stands, assist with nightly closedown and dishes, and maintain concession stand cleanliness
Grounds Crew: Prepare the field at Gesa Stadium prior to all home games and events by mowing the grass, edging the infield, grooming the bullpens, etc.
Information Booth Team Member: Assist fans with customer service questions and concerns, sign-up fans for on-field/in-game promotions, and pass out promotional items
Mascort: Assist/escort “Dusty” the Dust Devil (team mascot) during games and outside events.
Parking: Greet fans as they enter the Gesa Stadium parking lot, collect money, and pass out parking passes
Promo Team Member: Assist the Sponsorship Department in the execution of the Dust Devils show; set up on-field promotions, select contestants, create promotional material, support Title Sponsors, and more
Section Leader: Help fans find their seats proactively, keep sections safe and clean, and provide customer service. Be energetic, friendly, and fun!
Team Store Cashier: Assist fans with merchandise transactions and maintain the cleanliness and order of the Dust Devils Team Store
Ticket Seller: Sell single-game tickets to fans at the Dust Devils Box Office and occasionally morning shift (9am-12pm) in the Dust Devils main office, hand out will-call tickets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain Box Office cleanliness
Ticket Taker: Greet fans and use the Dust Devils provided ticker scanner to ensure all fans enter the stadium with the proper tickets. Provide the best customer service in all front gate interactions
