The Tri-City Dust Devils (17-21, 35-41) fell in the last game of the season on Monday night 8-3 to the Everett AquaSox (18-20, 38-38). Everett scored seven runs in the bottom of the third inning to take a lead they would not relinquish.
Luke Becker had a standout performance at the plate in the loss for the Dust Devils. Becker went 3-for-3 and drove in two of Tri-City's three runs. Justin Paulsen also had two hits, including a solo home run. Relievers Efraín Contreras and Wen-Hua Sung combined to keep the AquaSox scoreless over the final five innings of the game.
