PawSox Sweep Twin Bill as Tribe Skid Hits Four
INDIANAPOLIS -Pawtucket received a pair of strong outings from right-handers Marcus Walden and Shawn Haviland to win both games of a doubleheader over Indianapolis, 5-0 and 2-1, Friday night at Victory Field. The doubleheader loss was the first in six twin bills for the Tribe in 2017.

Pawtucket (54-51) stormed out of the gates in game one, scoring five runs in the first against Tribe starter
Indianapolis (56-48) put one runner on in the first and second against Walden but failed to score both times. The Indians squandered their best scoring chance in the third when Christopher Bostick and
Walden (9-4) went on to throw a seven-inning shutout, limiting the Indians to five hits and one walk with six strikeouts. Hutchison (6-6) needed 40 pitches to get through the first but managed to go the distance as well. He yielded five runs on eight hits and three walks with five punchouts.
In the nightcap, Pawtucket broke a 1-1 deadlock on a Sam Travis run-scoring single in the fifth.
The PawSox grabbed the lead in the second when Brian Bogusevic took Johnny Barbato out to left for his sixth home run. Indy quickly answered in the top half of the third with a Bostick sacrifice fly that scored
Haviland (6-6) scattered seven hits with seven strikeouts over six innings of one-run ball to earn the win.
Terdoslavich went 3-for-3 to elevate his average to .276 for the season.
