Parking - The Indianapolis Indians offer 50 handicap accessible parking spaces at Victory Field for home games. The cost is $10.00 per vehicle (cash or card). The spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and open four hours before game time. Once these spots are filled, fans may drop off at either the Third Base Gate or the Right Field Gate along West Street. Additional accessible parking may be found at the Government Center Garage which has 80 handicap accessible parking spots and at the White River State Park and Indiana State Museum garage. Seating – Victory Field has a total of 118 accessible and companion spaces located along the concourse and lower seating bowl, as well as in the Elements Financial Club. The Indians continually strive to create a fully accessible baseball venue. If you have a particular accommodation need or request with any of our seating areas or other facilities and amenities, please call/email the Victory Field Box Office or visit the Advance Ticket Window located behind Section 108 while at the ballpark.
Service Animals - Service animals that are required because of a disability and have been trained to perform specific tasks are welcomed at Victory Field.

Victory Field does not have Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). All concession stands are cashless and only accept credit card and debit card payments. Gift shops and box offices can accept cash or card. The games located in the Center Field Plaza only accept cash payments, however. Please visit Gift Cards for more information on how to convert cash to card at Victory Field.
Players may sign autographs before each game when time permits; however, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available every game.
Bags, less than 16” in length, may be carried into Victory Field. All bags are thoroughly inspected using a baton upon entering the ballpark. Indians staff and security personnel reserve the right to refuse any bag entry into the ballpark. Bags will also be inspected prior to leaving the suite level after a game.
Banners and signs are not allowed in the ballpark as to not obstruct the view of other fans.

Make your birthday a grand slam and purchase a Video Board Celebration Package 48 hours in advance of the game you are attending. The $50 package includes your message (100 character limit) played on the video board during the third inning along with one (1) Dippin' Dots voucher and one (1) '47 adult black adjustable hat. Game tickets must be purchased separately. Net proceeds from Video Board Celebration Package purchases benefit Indianapolis Indians Charities.
All 150 games will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1260 AM, FoxSportsIndy.com and the iHeart Radio App. You can watch every Indians game by downloading the Bally Live App or by subscribing to MiLB.TV. The Voice of the Indians, Howard Kellman, is behind the mic for his 48th season alongside broadcasters Jack McMullen and Andrew Kappes.
Cameras and video equipment are permitted. However, fans are not permitted to bring in tripod or selfie sticks and/or reproduce the game in any way. Fans that are in violation and/or obstruct the view of other fans will be asked to refrain from shooting. Repeat offenders will be subject to ballpark removal.
Victory Field concession stands are cashless. All major credit and debit cards are accepted along with Google and Apple Pay at concession stands. Cash may be converted to a Victory Field Gift Card by visiting the Advance Ticket Window. Cash will be accepted during Baseball in Education games.
Victory Field accepts cash at the Victory Field Box Office, Parking Lot, Center Field Plaza entertainment games and at all Victory Field Gift Shops.
Center Field Plaza, located behind center field, is home to entertainment options including Speed Pitch and Water Gun Fun. Games are cash only. If you only have card, you can purchase tickets at any of the three gift shop locations or at the advanced ticket window. There is a $5 minimum per transaction. You may also enjoy the game from the many picnic tables located in this area.
Indianapolis Indians Charities also partners with Kulture City to make Victory Field sensory inclusive. The Damar sensory wall, located in Center Field Plaza, can help individuals with anxiety, PTSD, ADD, autism, brain injuries, down syndrome and other sensory processing disorders. Victory Field also provides sensory bags with items like headphones to help with noise, or fidget toys to entertain when it feels overwhelming in the ballpark. Tickets: Children 2 years old and under receive free admission into Victory Field. If your child is 3 years or older, they will need a ticket for entry.
Baby-changing stations: Baby-changing stations may be found in all restrooms at Victory Field.
Kids Eat Free Sundays: Every Sunday home game, all children 14 and under will receive one (1) free hot dog, one (1) bag of chips and one (1) Capri Sun with the price of admission. This offer is only valid for one redemption per child ticket at concession stands.
Running the Bases: After every Sunday afternoon game, Knot Hole Kids Club members get the chance to run the bases (weather permitting) and other exclusive opportunities.
Mother’s Room: Located behind Section 117 and in the Elements Financial Club, the Mother’s Room offers a quiet place for moms to care for and breastfeed their babies in privacy. This space includes a chair, changing station and wash station. Additional accommodations may be made by visiting Guest Relations.
Knot Hole Kids Club: Children 14 years old and under are invited to join the Indians Knot Hole Kids Club. Membership costs $22 and includes a ticket to every Indians home game, running the bases after select Sunday afternoon games, and other exclusive opportunities.
In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Indianapolis Indians have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fans, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
- Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
- Wearing clothing that is offensive or abusive
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language or gestures;
- Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at the nearest Guest Relations location, directly with Security personnel or by texting (317) 269-3545.
Guests with comments, complaints or concerns may express them in person during home games at the Victory Field Guest Relations desk, located behind Section 109. Guests may also provide feedback at [email protected] or by phone at (317) 269-3542.
Food and Beverages are available throughout the ballpark. Victory Field includes traditional ballpark favorites along with gluten free and vegan options (see below). Concession Menus are simplified to lower wait times for fans queued in lines.
All Aramark and concession staff follow enhanced handwashing procedures and maintain cleaning and sanitization protocols for food and beverage contact surfaces.
All Victory Field concession stands are cashless, with credit/debit cards and Apple/Google Pay as accepted forms of payment.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Victory Field. The legal drinking age in Indiana is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, ARAMARK will require a valid photo ID from all guests. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited.
The sale of alcoholic beverages ends at the bottom of the seventh inning at ballpark concession stands. Premium suites, Yuengling Landing and Elements Financial Club offer extended services.
Gluten Free / Vegan: Victory Field is proud to offer an array of vegan/gluten-free concession options. Visit Section 117 for veggie hot dogs and vegan black bean hamburgers; Sections 117, 114, 106, 103 and Center Field concessions also feature other gluten-free items such as bun-less hot dogs, peanuts, regular or caramel popcorn and soft serve ice cream. Gluten Free beer will be available at the Yuengling Landing and Elements Financial Club.
Coolers are only allowed in the lawn at Victory Field. All coolers must be single-handled and no more than 16” x 16” x 8”. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Fans wishing to bring a cooler into the stadium must enter through the Toyota Gate (center field).
NOTE: Coolers/Containers are not allowed in the seating bowl. Fans wishing to enter the seating bowl may check their coolers with personnel stationed at the left and right field corners as you exit the lawn area toward the concourse.
The Indians want all fans to arrive home safely. Fans may visit the information booth located behind Section 114 to receive a complimentary soft drink if they are the designated driver for their group. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
The Indianapolis Indians and Indianapolis Indians Charities (IIC) are committed to providing resources and giving back to the Central Indiana community. Each year, IIC supports numerous charitable organizations through the donation of tickets, team merchandise and special experiences that help raise funds in support of organizational missions. Because of the large volume of donation requests received, guidelines have been established to help facilitate the donation process.
Donation Guidelines:
- We support nonprofits and organizations whose missions align with our charitable areas of focus: youth development, family success, education and neighborhood development.
- This in-kind donation platform is used for raffles, silent and live auctions in the form of tickets, promotional items and/or signed memorabilia. Please refrain from requesting monetary donations.
- Requests are considered for any charitable or tax-exempt organization within Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Charitable organizations must have 501(c)(3) status to be considered. Third party requests will not be accepted.

The Indians have a family restroom located behind Section 110.
Only authorized personnel with proper ID are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.
First Aid/Medical Assistance is located on the concourse behind Section 110. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty during every game. Red Cross volunteers are also stationed around the ballpark in case of an emergency.
The Indians wish to recognize fans who are attending their first game at Victory Field. If you are attending your first game, you may pick up a first game pin at Guest Relations located behind Section 109.

Victory Field gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used for concessions, merchandise or tickets to future games. They are valid throughout the season and do not have an expiration date. Located behind Section 109, Guest Relations is staffed with knowledgeable representatives where fans may go to claim prizes, get questions answered, obtain assistance, offer suggestions and request information. You may check luggage, strollers or other items at Guest Relations, which is open from gate opening until the conclusion of the game.
Hand Washing & Sanitizing: Hand sanitizing stations for public and staff use have been added to high-traffic areas. Fans will be encouraged by staff and appropriately placed signage to practice good hand hygiene. Employees will follow hand-hygiene practices and are required to wash hands frequently.
Not Feeling Well? Stay Home: If you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or other symptoms that could be related to COVID-19, please stay home and we welcome you to join us again in the future.

Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands. Any bat that enters the stands must be returned to the field and a replacement bat will be issued. BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES FOR OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY.

More than 6,400 parking spaces are located within seven blocks of Victory Field. Pre paying for parking is your best bet.
Fans who choose to exit the stadium will be allowed re-entry to Victory Field. Your ticket is required and may be scanned out and back in after the first inning is completed.
Items prohibited from entering the ballpark include: alcohol, balloons, banners, beach balls, beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers/containers/bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches, drones, firearms, fireworks, flags, glass bottles, horns, inflatable items, lawn chairs, laser pointers, missile-like objects, noise makers, pets, skateboards/rollerblades, signs larger than 8.5 x 11 inches, toy guns, knives and weapons.
For the comfort and security of our guests, Indians management reserves the right to not allow other hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. heelies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Victory Field. Signage on light and flexible material is permitted (max size of 8.5 x 11 inches). Signage can only be displayed between innings.
Each fan will be inspected by security upon entering and will undergo a bag and/or cooler check. If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, security will ask that these be returned to your vehicle or throw them away. Prohibited items will not be accepted by employees nor stored at the gates or Guest Relations.

You may exchange any tickets from a postponed/canceled game for another ticket of equal or lesser value to any other game during that same season. In the event five innings of the game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of four-and-a-half innings, your game ticket will become a rain check that may be exchanged for any other 2024 regular-season home game (subject to availability) at the Victory Field Box Office. If a game is called due to inclement weather or other circumstances AFTER five innings have been played, a game is considered “official.” In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges. Bring your rain gear! The Indianapolis Indians make every attempt to play the game as scheduled. If inclement weather hits downtown during a ballgame, team and game officials will determine the best way to move forward without risking the safety of players or fans. Rowdie is the official mascot of the Indianapolis Indians and the master of entertainment on game day at Victory Field! All fans are subject to inspection upon entering Victory Field. All coolers, containers, bags, backpacks, camera bags, purses, etc. will be inspected upon entry into the ballpark. Victory Field is a smoke-free facility. There is a smoking corral located outside the Right Field Gate which is the only area for admitted fans to smoke. Pass-outs (tickets that allow a fan to leave and subsequently re-enter the ballpark) are allowed after the first inning is complete.
Use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes and similar items are not permitted inside Victory Field. Repeat offenders are subject to ejection and/or devices may be confiscated.

The window is open from gate times to when the ballpark closes.
Ticket Questions or Concerns: Visit the Advance Ticket Window located behind Section 108 on the main concourse; open from the time the gates open through the conclusion of the game. You may purchase tickets to another Indians game or exchange tickets for the current game. Use this window to sign your child up for the Knot Hole Kids Club or resolve ticketing questions or concerns.
Digital Ticketing: Digital Ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Victory Field.
Military Discount: All persons with a current military ID are eligible to receive $3 off gate price. Recipients of the discount include active-duty members, active duty family members, military retirees and their dependents.
