A

Accessible Parking

The Indianapolis Indians offer 47 handicap accessible parking spaces at Victory Field for home games. The cost is $5.00 per space. The spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and open four hours before game time. Once these spots are filled, fans may drop-off at either the Third Base Gate or the Right Field Gate along West Street. Additional handicap parking can be found at the Government Center Garage which has 80 handicap accessible parking spots and at the White River State Park and Indiana State Museum garage.

Accessible Seating

The Indians have a total of 118 accessible and companion spaces located along the concourse and lower seating bowl, as well as in the Elements Financial Club. The Indians continually strive to create a fully accessible baseball venue. If you have particular accommodation needs or requests with any of our seating areas or other facilities and amenities, please visit the Advance Ticket Window located behind Section 108.

Advance Ticket Window

The Advance Ticket Window is located behind Section 108 and is where fans can purchase tickets, exchange tickets for the current game, sign up for the Knot Hole Kids Club and ask ticket questions. The window is open from gate times to when the park closes.

Alcoholic Beverages

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Victory Field. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages at the stadium are managed by ARAMARK and all guests are required to provide a valid photo ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

The sale of alcoholic beverages ends at the bottom of the seventh inning at ballpark concession stands. Premium suites, Yuengling Landing and Elements Financial Club will offer extended services.

Alcoholic service policies:

  1. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited.
  2. The legal drinking age in Indiana is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, ARAMARK will require a valid photo I.D. from all guests.
  3. ARAMARK reserves the right to deny beverage service to any guests that appear intoxicated.

Animals

Fans are permitted to bring service dogs that are required because of a disability to any event at Victory Field. In addition, the Indians offer dog-friendly games during the season. Check out IndyIndians.com/Bark for package information and dates.

ATMs

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the two Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) located on the concourse behind Section 112 (home plate) will not be available. All concession stands, merchandise shops, and box offices will accept credit card payments.

Autographs

To prevent potential exposure to COVID-19, players and coaches will not be available for pre or postgame autographs for the 2021 season.

Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations may be found in ALL restrooms at Victory Field.

Bags

There are no restrictions on bag types allowed at Victory Field, meaning the Indians will still allow bags of all colors and sizes. However, bags will be inspected using a baton upon entering the ballpark. Bags will also be inspected prior to leaving the suite level after a game.

Banners & Signs

Banners and signs are not allowed in the ballpark as they will obstruct the view of other fans.

Bike Racks

Fans riding a bicycle to the ballpark will find bike racks located just outside the Center Field Gate and Third Base Gate. Bikes are not permitted inside Victory Field.

Birthdays

Make your birthday a grand slam and pick up a birthday button on game day at the Victory Field Guest Relations desk. Birthday Bashes are not currently available for booking. Please check back for updates as the season progresses.

Broadcast - TV & Radio

35 Indians home games will air on MyIndy-TV 23. WNDE 1260 AM is the radio home of the Indianapolis Indians. Listen to Howard Kellman call the action during this season of Indians baseball. In addition, you can watch every Indians game live by subscribing to MiLB.TV.

Cameras & Video Equipment

Cameras and video equipment are permitted. However, fans are not permitted to bring in tripod or selfie sticks or reproduce the game. Fans that are in violation may be asked to relocate.

Children

Tickets: All children over the age of 2 years old will need their own ticket to the game. Children 2 years old and younger receive free admission into Victory Field.

Masks: Per the current Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD) order, face coverings are required for all individuals over the age of 2 years old in public areas. Fans must wear masks when moving throughout the stadium and may only remove masks when actively eating or drinking in their seat location while maintaining social distance.

Baby-changing stations: Baby-changing stations may be found in ALL restrooms at Victory Field.

Kids Eat Free Sundays: Every Sunday home game, all children 14 and under will receive one (1) free hot dog, one (1) bag of chips and one (1) bottle of water with the price of admission. This offer is only valid for redemption at concession stands.

Running the Bases: After every Sunday afternoon game, Knot Hole Kids Club members get the chance to run the bases (weather permitting) and other exclusive opportunities.

Nursing Mothers: Located behind Section 117 and in the Elements Financial Club, the Mothers Room offers a quiet place for moms to care for and breastfeed their babies in privacy. This space includes a chair, changing station and wash station. Additional accommodations can be made by visiting Guest Relations.

Code of Conduct

Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes but is not limited to: offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field, and any behavior that interferes with the game or other fans' enjoyment of the game. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it or turn it inside out, or they will be subject to ejection.

Comments, Complaints & Concerns

Guests with comments, complaints or concerns may express it in person during home games at Victory Field at Guest Relations located behind Section 109. Guests may also provide feedback at [email protected]or by phone at (317) 269-3542.

Coolers & Containers

Coolers are only allowed in the lawn at Victory Field. All coolers must be single-handled and no more than 20 inches in length. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Fans wishing to bring a cooler into the stadium must enter through the Toyota Gate (center field) or Cooler Gate (right-center field).

NOTE: Coolers/Containers are not allowed in the seating bowl. Fans wishing to enter the seating bowl may check their coolers with personnel stationed at the left and right field corners as you exit the lawn area toward the concourse.

Concessions

Food and beverages are available throughout the ballpark. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, concession menus will be simplified during the 2021 season. Further, offerings and condiments will be prepackaged. Victory Field includes traditional ballpark food as well as veggie dogs and black bean burgers.

Victory Field is proud to offer an array of vegan/gluten-free concession options. Visit Section 117 for veggie hot dogs and vegan black bean hamburgers; Sections 117, 114, 106,103 and Center Field concessions also feature other gluten-free items such as bun-less hot dogs, peanuts, regular or caramel popcorn and soft serve ice cream. Gluten Free beer will be available at The Landing.

All Aramark and concession staff will be required to wear personal protective equipment, follow enhanced handwashing procedures and maintain cleaning and sanitization protocols for food and beverage contact surfaces. All food items will be served in single-serve, closed containers with prepackaged disposable silverware and condiments. Stanchions and/or floor spacing markers will be used for attendees queued in lines. Due to reduced capacity, only select concession stands may be open. All Victory Field concession stands will be cashless, with only credit or debit cards as accepted forms of payment.

COVID Guidelines

Masks Required: Per the current Marion County Public Health Department (MCPHD) order, face coverings are required for all individuals over the age of 2 years old in public areas. Fans must wear masks when moving throughout the stadium and may only remove masks when actively eating or drinking in their seat location while maintaining social distance.

Social Distancing: Total seating capacity will not exceed 25% to ensure fans have the space to remain socially distant. Appropriate physical distancing must be maintained at all times between fans, except members of the same household or those who attend together.

Reduced Capacity: Seating options will be limited to allow for social distancing and to provide proper spacing between groups. Seating will be primarily sold in pods of 2, 4 or 6 seats in the seating bowl. Stanchions and spacing markers will be used for guests queued in lines.

Enhanced Cleaning: Victory Field has implemented the use of industrial-grade, mobile sanitization units that will be used to disinfect surfaces throughout the stadium prior to, during and after events. Hand sanitizing stations for public and staff use have been added to high-traffic areas.

Hand Washing & Sanitizing: Hand sanitizer will be liberally placed in easily accessible public areas and fans will be encouraged by staff and appropriately placed signage to practice hand hygiene. Employees will follow hand-hygiene practices and are required to wash hands frequently.

Not Feeling Well? Stay Home: If you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, or other symptoms that could be related to COVID-19, please stay home and we welcome you to join us again in the future.

Directional Signage: Walkways and concourses will have signage to direct guests to ensure proper social distancing, including one-way pedestrian traffic. Restrooms with multiple entrances and gift shops will be assigned a one-way entrance and exit.

Designated Driver Complimentary Soda

The Indianapolis Indians want everyone to get home safely. Fans may visit the information booth located behind Section 114 and receive a complimentary soft drink if they are the designated driver for their group. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

Digital Ticketing

The Indianapolis Indians are going digital! Digital ticketing provides a safe, convenient and secure way for fans to use and share game tickets. It also helps prevent lost, forgotten and fraudulent tickets and provides a contactless entry solution for all fans coming through the gates at Victory Field. Exit/Re-Entry

Fans who choose to exit the stadium will be allowed re-entry to Victory Field. Pass-outs (tickets that allow a fan to leave and subsequently re-enter the ballpark) are allowed after the first inning is complete.

Family Restroom

The Indians have a family restroom located behind Section 110.

Field Access

Only authorized personnel with proper ID are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.

First Aid

First Aid is located on the concourse behind Section 110. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty during every game. Red Cross volunteers are also stationed around the ballpark in case of an emergency.

First Game Attendees

We like to recognize fans who are attending their first game at Victory Field. If you are attending your first game, you can pick up a first game pin at Guest Relations located behind Section 109.

Food - Vegan/Gluten Free

Fundraising

The Indians offer the opportunity for groups and organizations to participate in Knot Hole Membership consignment sales, Not-for-Profit ticket sales, and ARAMARK concession programs. Gates typically open 65 minutes prior to game time.

Located behind Section 109, Guest Relations is staffed with knowledgeable representatives where fans may go to claim prizes, get questions answered, obtain assistance, offer suggestions and request information. You may check luggage, strollers or other items at Guest Relations, which is open from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the game.

In-Kind Donation Requests

Each year, the Indianapolis Indians support hundreds of organizations throughout Central Indiana through the donation of tickets, team merchandise and special experiences. Due to unforeseen circumstances that eventually led to the cancellation of the 2020 Minor League Baseball season, we will honor 2020 season donation requests during our 2021 campaign. As a result, we are not currently accepting additional requests at this time. Please feel free to check back with us during summer 2021. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Items Not Permitted

Alcohol, balloons, beach umbrellas, chairs, drones, glass, horns, inflatable hammocks, lawn chairs, laser pointers, missile-like objects, and weapons will not be permitted into Victory Field. For the comfort and security of our guests, Indians management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. heelies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Victory Field. Each fan will be inspected by security when entering and will undergo a bag check. There are no restrictions on the color or size of bags permitted. If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security will ask that you return the items to your vehicle or throw them away. Prohibited items will not be accepted by employees nor stored at the gates or Guest Relations.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items may be turned in or claimed at the Guest Relations located behind Section 109. Items may be picked up during Indianapolis Indians business hours, which are Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM. If items are not claimed within seven (7) days, they will be donated to charity.

Lyft/Uber

Objects Leaving Field of Play

Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands. Any bat that enters the stands must be returned to the field and a replacement bat will be issued. BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES FOR OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY.

Out-Of-Town Scores

Scores of other games can be found on the corners of the Left Field video board.

Parking

More than 6,400 parking spaces are located within seven blocks of Victory Field. The Government Center Garage (evenings and weekends only), on the northeast corner of West and Maryland, holds 2,900 cars and costs $10. Parking is also available at the Indiana State Museum, Eiteljorg Museum, White River State Park and the Indianapolis Zoo. Click here for a complete list of parking locations.

Parking - Buses & RVs

Due to space limitations and safety concerns, fan buses and RVs are not allowed to park in the Victory Field parking lot. Buses may drop off outside the Right Field Gate on West Street. Bus parking can be found at the Indianapolis Zoo. Please call the Zoo General Information line at (317) 630-2001 or visit the Zoo Parking Information for availability and pricing.

Parking - Non-Game Days

Parking - Prepaid

The Indians offer prepaid parking for the Government Center Garage ($10), White River State Park ($10) and the Senate State Garage ($5). Prepay and reserve these spots usingParkWhiz online or by downloading the ParkWhiz app and searching for Victory Field. Some restrictions may apply.

PNC Plaza Entertainment

PNC Plaza, located behind center field, is home to entertainment options including Speed Pitch. You can also enjoy the game from our many picnic tables located in the area.

Police and Security

For the safety and convenience of all Victory Field guests, police and security personnel are stationed throughout the ballpark. For matters which may require police or security assistance, guests may text (317) 269-3545.

Prohibited Items at Victory Field

Rain Check Ticket Policy

In the event five innings of the game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of four-and-a-half innings, your game ticket will become a rain check that can be exchanged for any other 2021regular-season home game (subject to availability) at the Victory Field Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value. If a game is called due to inclement weather or other circumstances AFTER five innings have been played, a game is considered "official." In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges. Games called off due to COVID-19 will follow the same guidelines outlined above.

Rain Delays

Bring your rain gear! The Indianapolis Indians will make every attempt to play the game as scheduled. If inclement weather hits downtown during a ballgame, team officials will determine the best way to move the game forward without risking the safety of players or fans. Season Tickets and Ticket Packages

Security Procedures

All fans will be subject to inspection upon entering Victory Field. All coolers, containers, large bags, backpacks, camera bags, purses, etc. will be inspected upon entry into the ballpark. There are no restrictions on the color or size of bags permitted. Coolers and food must enter through the designated Toyota Gate (center field) or Cooler Gate (right-center field).

Service Animal Policy

Service Animals are allowed in Victory Field as long as they are marked and have proper identification.

Shaded Seating

Shaded seats are available in the last four rows of all lower level Box Seat sections. The sun sets on the third base side of Victory Field. These seats are subject to availability. To ensure your seat, purchase online in advance.

Smoking

Victory Field is a smoke-free facility. However, there is a smoking corral located outside the Right Field Gate which is the only area for fans to smoke. Pass-outs (tickets that allow a fan to leave and subsequently re-enter the ballpark) are allowed after the first inning is complete.

Use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes and similar items is not permitted inside Victory Field. Repeat offenders are subject to ejection or devices may be confiscated.

Ticket Questions or Concerns

Visit the Advance Ticket Window located behind Section 108 on the main concourse; open from the time the gates open through the conclusion of the game. You may purchase tickets to another Indians game or exchange tickets for the current game. Use this window to sign your child up for the Knot Hole Kids Club or resolve ticketing questions or concerns.

Tours

Come see the beauty of one of the premier baseball stadiums through the eyes of an Indians representative with a Victory Field tour and much more. Group tours can be scheduled April through September and run Tuesdays and Thursdays at either 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM. Tours typically last for about an hour and are available by appointment only. Tour rates are $5.00 per person with free admission for teachers and bus drivers. Visit IndyIndians.com/Tours for more information or Request a Tour now. As of Spring 2021, Victory Field tours are not currently being offered. Please check back for updates throughout our season.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted inside Victory Field. Please be considerate of guests around you when using an umbrella. Beach umbrellas will not be permitted into Victory Field.

Weather - Rain Check/Ticket Exchange

You can exchange any tickets from a postponed/canceled game for another ticket of equal or lesser value to any other game during that same season. In the event five innings of the game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of four-and-a-half innings, your game ticket will become a rain check that can be exchanged for any other 2021regular-season home game (subject to availability) at the Victory Field Box Office. If a game is called due to inclement weather or other circumstances AFTER five innings have been played, a game is considered "official." In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges. Games called off due to COVID-19 will follow the same guidelines outlined above. For more information visit our weather page.

Note: By League rules a game is official when a team has a lead after five innings of completion, or if the home team holds a lead after four and a half innings of play. Rain check tickets will not be issued for games that have been deemed official.

Yuengling Landing

The Yuengling Landing, located in the left field corner, features a full-service bar and food hot off the grill. Tickets are $30. Entry is limited to fans 21+ with a valid ID. (Please note for the 2021 season a $10 food & beverage voucher is not included.)
