The Indianapolis Indians offer 45 handicap accessible parking spaces for home games. The cost is $5.00 per space. The spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and open four hours before game time. Once these spots are filled, fans may drop-off at either the Third Base Gate or the Right Field Gate along West Street. Additional handicap parking can be found at the Government Center Garage which has 80 handicap accessible parking spots and at the White River State Park and Indiana State Museum garage. The Indians have a total of 242 accessible and companion spaces located along the concourse and lower seating. However, the stadium does not have accessible seating in the upper deck. The Indians continually strive to create a fully accessible baseball venue. If you have particular accommodation needs or requests with any of our seating areas or other facilities and amenities, please visit the Advanced Ticket Window located behind Section 108.
The Advanced Ticket Window is located behind Section 108 and is where fans can purchase tickets, exchange tickets for the current game, sign up for the Knot Hole Kids Club and ask ticket questions. The window is open from gate times to when the park closes. For Sunday Games this is where the fans can pick up Kids Eat Free vouchers.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into Victory Field. The sale and service of alcoholic beverages at the stadium are managed by ARAMARK and all guests are required to provide a valid photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages.
The sale of alcoholic beverages ends at the bottom of the seventh inning at ballpark concession stands. Premium suites will offer extended services.
Alcoholic service policies:
- The sale and service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21 or any visibly intoxicated person is prohibited.
- The legal drinking age in Indiana is 21. To ensure that minors are not served, ARAMARK will require a valid photo I.D. from all guests.
- ARAMARK reserves the right to deny beverage service to any guests that appears intoxicated.
Victory Field has two permanent ATMs. Both are located on the concourse behind Section 112 (home plate).
Fans may seek autographs on the outfield side of both dugouts (Sections 107 & 117) from the time the gates open until 30 minutes prior to game time. Please be respectful of other guests and please do not ask players for autographs during the game as they are not permitted to sign them. We unfortunately cannot guarantee autographs.
The Indians do not have a restriction on bags entering the stadium. However, bags will be inspected upon entering the ballpark. Bags will also be inspected prior to leaving the suite level after a game.
Fans riding a bicycle to the ballpark will find bike racks located just outside the Center Field Gate and Third Base Gate. Bikes are not permitted inside Victory Field.

For just $25 per child (minimum of eight kids in attendance), every child will receive a reserved level ticket, an Indians logo baseball, tickets to the PNC Plaza Carnival games and a food package, including a hot dog, chips, soda, and a Dippin' Dots treat voucher.

All 70 Indians home games are available on Comcast Channel 90. Fox Sports 97.5 FM / AM 1260 is the radio home of the Indianapolis Indians. Listen to Howard Kellman and Andrew Kappes call the action during this season of Indians baseball. In addition, you can watch all 140 Indians games live by subscribing to MiLB.TV or listen in via the iHeartRadio app.
Due to space limitations and safety concerns, fan buses and RVs are not allowed to park in the Victory Field parking lot. Buses may drop off outside of the right field gate on West Street. Cameras and video equipment are permitted. However, fans are not permitted to bring in tripod or selfie sticks or reproduce the game. Fans that are in violation may be asked to relocate.
Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes but is not limited to: offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field, and any behavior that interferes with the game or other fans' enjoyment of the game. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it or turn it inside out, or they will be subject to ejection.

Coolers are only allowed in the lawn at Victory Field. All coolers must be single-handled and no more than 20 inches in length. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Fans wishing to bring a cooler into the stadium must enter through the Center Field Gate or Cooler Gate located in right-center field.
NOTE: Coolers/Containers are not allowed in the seating bowl. Fans wishing to enter the seating bowl may check their coolers with personnel stationed at the left and right field corners as you exit the lawn area towards the concourse.
A wide variety of food and beverages are available throughout the ballpark at several permanent locations and numerous portable stands. Victory Field includes traditional ballpark food as well as healthy options, including salads, deli sandwiches, veggie dogs and black bean burgers. for more food options, check out our Concessions page.
The Indianapolis Indians want everyone to get home safely. Fans may visit the information booth located behind Section 114 and receive a complimentary soft drink if they are the designated driver for their group. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
Fans who wish to exit the stadium must have their tickets scanned. For re-entry, fans must present their scanned ticket. All gates require a valid ticket for fans to re-enter. Fan who do not have a ticket will not be allowed to re-enter the stadium.

Only authorized personnel with proper ID are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.
First Aid is located on the concourse behind Section 110. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty during every game. Red Cross volunteers are also stationed around the ballpark in case of an emergency.
We like to recognize fans who are attending their first game at Victory Field. If you are attending your first game, you can pick up a first game pin at Guest Relations located behind Section 109.
You can only bring outside food/drink into the ballpark if you are sitting in the lawn or have a specific medical need. Victory Field offers a variety of concession options for fans to enjoy.
Note: All outside alcohol and anything in a glass container is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated upon inspection.
Victory Field is proud to offer an array of vegan/gluten-free concession options. Fans can head to Section 114 featuring hummus wraps, healthy sandwiches & salads, Guac & Go, hummus cups; Section 117 for veggie hot dogs, and vegan black bean hamburgers; Sections 117, 114, 103 and Center Field concessions also feature other gluten-free items such as, bun-less hot dogs, peanuts, regular or caramel popcorn, soft-serve ice cream, and cotton candy.
The Indians offer the opportunity for groups and organizations to participate in Knot Hole Membership consignment sales, Not-for-Profit ticket sales, and ARAMARK concession programs. Located behind Section 109, Guest Relations is staffed with knowledgeable representatives where fans may go to claim prizes, get questions answered, obtain assistance, offer suggestions and request information. You may check luggage, strollers or other items at Guest Relations, which is open from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the game.
The Indians Ticket Office is open year-round Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Indians Box Office Window, which is located near the Third Base Gate on the west side of the stadium, is open for walk-up ticket sales during the season Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and tickets can be purchased in the Hot Corner Gift Shop on Saturdays 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Indians Front Office is open year-round Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The Center Field Box Office is only open on game days, 95 minutes before the game.
The Hot Corner Gift Shop is open in-season Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. During the offseason, the Hot Corner Gift Shop hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Alcohol, balloons, beach umbrellas, chairs, drones, glass, horns, inflatable hammocks, lawn chairs, laser pointers, missile-like objects, and weapons will not be permitted into Victory Field. For the comfort and security of our guests, Indians management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. heelies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Victory Field. Each fan will be inspected by security when entering and will undergo a bag check. If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security will ask that you return the items to your vehicle or throw them away. Prohibited items will not be accepted by employees nor stored at the gates or Guest Relations.
All children over the age of 2 years old will need their own ticket to the game. Children 2 years old and younger receive free admission into Victory Field.
Lost and Found items may be turned in or claimed at the Guest Relations located behind Section 109. Items may be picked up during Indianapolis Indians business hours, which are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. If items are not claimed within seven days, they will be donated to charity.
Local military bases and local military veteran groups are eligible for complimentary tickets via the Indians. For guidelines and an application to the program, click here.
All persons with a current military ID are also eligible to receive $3 off gate price. Eligible recipients of the discount include active duty members, active duty family members, military retirees and their dependents with a current Department of Defense issued ID. To receive the discount, present a current military ID at the Victory Field Box Office at the time of purchase.
Located behind Section 117, the Mothers Room offers a quiet place for moms to care for and breastfeed their babies in privacy. This space includes a chair, changing station and wash station. Additional accommodations can be made by visiting Guest Relations.
Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands. Any bat that enters the stands must be returned to the field and a replacement bat will be issued. BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES FOR OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY.
More than 6,400 parking spaces are located within seven blocks of Victory Field. The Government Center Garage (evenings and weekends only), on the northeast corner of West and Maryland, holds 2,900 cars and costs $8. Victory Field offers several fun and exciting games in our PNC Plaza area located behind Center Field. PNC Plaza comes with a wide variety of entertainment options including a Speed Pitch, Rowdie's Water Gun Fun, T-Ball Challenge, and a Spin Wheel. You can also enjoy the game from our many picnic tables located in the area.
To submit a scoreboard announcement for birthdays, anniversaries or other celebrations, please fill out this form. All announcements must be submitted at least 48 hours before the requested game. There is a $5 minimum donation for each name included in the announcement. All donations go to the Indiana Children's Wish Fund.
All fans will be subject to inspection upon entering Victory Field. All coolers, containers, large bags, backpacks, camera bags, purses, etc. will be inspected upon entry into the ballpark. Coolers and food must enter through the designated gates in Center or Right-Center Field.
Service Animals are allowed in Victory Field as long as they are marked and have proper identification.
Shaded seats are available in the last four rows of all lower level Box Seat sections. The sun sets on the third base side of Victory Field. These seats are subject to availability. To ensure your seat, purchase online in advance.
Victory Field is a smoke-free facility. Fans who wish to smoke must exit the stadium and have their tickets scanned. For re-entry, fans must present their scanned their ticket. All gates require a valid ticket for fans to re-enter. Fans who do not have a ticket will not be allowed to re-enter the stadium.
Note: Use of electronic cigarettes, vapes and similar items is not permitted inside Victory Field. Repeat offenders are subject to ejection or devices may be confiscated.
Located behind Section 108 on the main concourse; open from the time the gates open through the conclusion of the game. You may purchase tickets to another Indians game or exchange tickets for the current game. Use this window to sign your child up for the Knot Hole Kids Club or resolve ticketing questions or concerns.
Umbrellas are permitted inside Victory Field. Please be considerate of guests around you when using an umbrella. Beach umbrellas will not be permitted into Victory Field.
You can exchange any tickets from a postponed/cancelled game for another ticket of equal or lesser value to any other game during that same season. For more information visit our weather page.
Note: By League rules a game is official when a team has a lead after a complete five innings have been played. Rain check tickets will not be issued for games that have been deemed official.
A free shuttle is provided for each Wednesday Day game and Baseball in Education game. The shuttle runs 90 minutes before the game until 30 minutes after the game. Fans can park for $5 and ride a complimentary shuttle from the following locations:

Tickets purchased online or over the phone may be picked up anytime during game or business hours at any open box office window. You must show ID or confirmation number. Tickets dropped off or left at Will Call may be picked up at the main Box Office on the west side of the ballpark anytime during box office hours. Single game tickets left by team or staff personnel will be available 90 minutes prior to game time.
