Accessible Parking

The Indianapolis Indians offer 47 handicap accessible parking spaces for home games. The cost is $5.00 per space. They are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are available four hours before game time. Once these spots are filled, fans may drop-off at either the third base gate or the right field gate along West Street. Additional handicap parking can be found at the Government Center Garage which has 80 handicap accessible parking spots and at the White River State Park and Indiana State Museum garage.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available at all price levels. A total of 242 accessible and companion spaces are available. The Indians continually strive to create a fully accessible baseball venue. If you have particular accommodation needs or requests with any of our seating areas or other facilities and amenities, please let us know how we can assist you and your family.


Only properly identified service animals with visible credentials are permitted into Victory Field. In addition, the Indians offer dog-friendly games during our Bark in the Park dates.


Victory Field has two permanent ATMs. Both are located on the concourse behind Section 112 (home plate).


Fans may seek autographs on the outfield side of both dugouts (Sections 107 & 117) from the time the gates open until 30 minutes prior to game time. Please do not ask players for autographs during the game as they are not permitted to sign them.


Baby Changing Stations

Baby changing stations may be found in ALL restrooms at Victory Field.

Banners & Signs

Banners and signs are not allowed in the ballpark as they will obstruct the view of other fans.

Bike Racks

Fans riding a bicycle to the ballpark will find bike racks located just outside the center field gates and third base gate. Bikes are not permitted inside Victory Field.

Bike to the Ballpark Weekends:

Fans are encouraged to ride their bikes to the game, with bike parking in PNC Plaza. Bike parking is free and riders should enter through the Cooler Gate in center field.

Broadcast - TV & Radio

All 70 Indians home games are available on Comcast Channel 90. Fox Sports 97.5 FM / AM 1260 is the radio home of the Indianapolis Indians. Listen to Howard Kellman and Andrew Kappes call the action during this season of Indians baseball. In addition, you can watch all 140 Indians games live by subscribing to MiLBTV or listen in via the iHeartRadio app.

Buses & RVs

Due to space limitations and safety concerns, fan buses and RVs are not allowed to park in the Victory Field parking lot. Buses may drop off outside of the right field gate on West Street. Bus parking can be found at the Indianapolis Zoo. Please call the Zoo General Information line at (317) 630-2001 or visit the Zoo Parking Information for availability and pricing.


Cameras & Video Equipment

Cameras and video equipment are permitted. Fans may not reproduce the game or interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Coolers & Containers

Coolers are only allowed in the lawn at Victory Field. All coolers must be single-handled and no more than 20 inches in length. Alcohol and glass containers are not permitted. Fans wishing to bring a cooler into the stadium must enter through the center field gate or Cooler Gate located in right-center field.

NOTE: Coolers/Containers are not allowed in the seating bowl. Fans wishing to enter the seating bowl may check their coolers with personnel stationed at the left and right field corners as you exit the lawn area towards the concourse.

Coors Light Cove

The Coors Light Cove features a full-service bar and great food hot off the grill, such as the popular taco selection. Tickets are $40, and each ticket includes a $10 food/beverage voucher. Cove entry is limited to fans 21+ with valid ID.

Coors Light Designated Driver Booth

The Indianapolis Indians want everyone to get home safely. Fans may visit the Coors Light Designated Driver Booth located behind Section 114 and receive a complimentary soft drink if they are the designated driver for their group. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.


Donation Requests

All Indianapolis Indians donation requests must be submitted online. Click here to fill out the request form. All requests should be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date.


Facility Rentals

Victory Field is the perfect venue for your next event. With a variety of facility options, a full-service in-house catering team, easy onsite parking, and one of Minor League Baseball's most scenic environments, Victory Field offers a unique, memorable space that is perfect for any crowd. Fan Behavior

Fans behaving in an inappropriate manner may be subject to ejection. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, offensive or abusive language, throwing objects onto the field, and any behavior that interferes with the game or other fans' enjoyment of the game. Clothing that is offensive or abusive is not permitted. Those wearing such clothing will be asked to remove it, turn it inside out, or be subject to ejection.

To report inappropriate behavior, text (317) 269-3545 with the word "ASSISTANCE".

Field Access

Only authorized personnel with proper ID are allowed on the field. All violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.

First Aid

First Aid is located on the concourse behind Section 110. A Paramedic/EMT is on duty during every game. Red Cross volunteers are also stationed around the ballpark in case of an emergency.

Food & Drink Options

You can only bring outside food/drink into the ballpark if you are sitting in the lawn or have a specific medical need. Victory Field offers a variety of concession options for fans to enjoy.

Note: All outside alcohol and anything in a glass container is strictly prohibited and will be confiscated upon inspection.

Food - Vegan/Gluten Free

Victory Field is proud to offer an array of vegan/gluten-free concession options. Fans can head to Section 117 featuring Guac & Go, Hummus & Pretzels, Veggie hot dogs, and Vegan black bean hamburgers. Sections 117,114,103 & Centerfield concessions also feature other gluten-free items such as cookies, Naked Juice, Chips, Redbridge beer, bunless hot dogs, peanuts, regular or caramel popcorn, soft serve ice cream, and cotton candy.


The Indians offer the opportunity for groups and organizations to participate in Knot Hole Membership consignment sales, Not-for-Profit ticket sales, and ARAMARK concession programs. Gates Open

Gates typically open 90 minutes prior to game time.

Guest Relations

The Guest Relations Desk is located behind Section 109. Fans may obtain assistance, offer suggestions and claim prizes given away during the game. The Guest Relations Desk is open from the time the gates open until the conclusion of the game.


Hours - Ticket/Box Office

The Indians Ticket Office is open year-round Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Indians Box Office Window, which is located near the Third Base Gate on the west side of the stadium, is open for walk-up ticket sales during the season Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., and tickets can be purchased in the Hot Corner Gift Shop on Saturdays 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Hours - Gift Shop

The Hot Corner Gift Shop is open in-season Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. During the offseason, the Hot Corner Gift Shop hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.


Items Not Permitted

Lawn chairs, inflatable hammocks, glass, alcohol, weapons, balloons, horns, laser pointers, drones, and other missile-like objects will not be permitted into Victory Field. For the comfort and security of our guests, Indians management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items (i.e. heelies, obtrusive noise makers, etc.) into Victory Field.


Kids' Tickets

All children over the age of 2 years old will need their own ticket to the game. Children 2 years old and younger receive free admission into Victory Field.


Lawn Items

Blankets are allowed in the lawn. No chairs (including lawn chairs), inflatable hammocks, sun umbrellas, or tents are permitted.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found items may be turned in or claimed at the Guest Relations Desk located behind Section 109. Items not claimed within seven days will be donated to charity.



Local military bases and local military veteran groups are eligible for complimentary tickets via the Indians. For guidelines and an application to the program, click here.

All persons with a current military ID are also eligible to receive $3 off gate price. Eligible recipients of the discount include active duty members, active duty family members, military retirees and their dependents with a current Department of Defense issued ID. To receive the discount present a current military ID at the Victory Field Box Office at the time of purchase.

Mothers Room

The Mothers Room is one of the newer amenities at Victory Field. Tucked away behind Section 117, the Mothers Room offers a quiet place for moms to care for and breastfeed their babies in privacy. This beautifully designed space includes a comfortable chair, a changing station and a wash area. Additional accommodations can be made by visiting guest relations.


National Anthem

Questions about performing the National Anthem before an Indians game should be submitted here. Performers must submit an audio or video file, or provide a video link of their performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner" in order to be considered.


Objects Leaving Field of Play

Fans are invited to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands. Any bat that enters the stands must be returned to the field and a replacement bat will be issued. BE AWARE AT ALL TIMES FOR OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY.



More than 6,400 parking spaces are located within seven blocks of Victory Field. The Government Center Garage (evenings and weekends only), on the northeast corner of West and Maryland, holds 2,900 cars and costs $8. Parking is also available at the Indiana State Museum, Eiteljorg Museum, White River State Park and the Indianapolis Zoo. Click here for a complete list of parking locations.

PNC Plaza Entertainment

Victory Field offers several fun and exciting games in our PNC Plaza area located behind Center Field. You can win prizes at the Speed Pitch, Rowdie's Water Gun Fun and Spin Wheel.



If you would like for Rowdie to make an appearance at your special event, please click here to fill out a form. He typically signs autographs behind Section 109 after the 7th inning stretch of most home games, celebrates with Birthday Bash groups and walks the concourse throughout the game.

Scoreboard Announcements

To submit a scoreboard announcement for birthdays, anniversaries or other celebrations, please fill out this form. All announcements must be submitted at least 48 hours before the requested game. There is a $5 minimum donation for each name included in the announcement. All donations go to the Indiana Children's Wish Fund.

Security Procedures

All fans will be subject to inspection upon entering Victory Field. All coolers, containers, large bags, backpacks, camera bags, purses, etc. will be inspected upon entry into the ballpark. Coolers and food must enter through the designated gates in center or right-center field.

Shaded Seating

Shaded seats are available in the last four rows of all lower level Box Seat sections. The sun sets on the third base side of Victory Field.


Victory Field is a smoke-free facility. Fans wishing to smoke must have their tickets scanned at the gates in right-center field, right field or third base before exiting the ballpark. For re-entry, fans must present their scanned ticket.

Note: Use of electronic cigarettes and similar items is not permitted inside Victory Field.

Ticket Questions or Concerns

Located behind Section 108 on the main concourse; open from the time the gates open through the conclusion of the game. You may purchase tickets to another Indians game or exchange tickets for the current game. Use this window to sign your child up for the Knot Hole Kids Club or resolve ticketing questions or concerns.


Tours are given during the season on Tuesdays and Thursdays when the team is out of town. Cost is $5 per person. Weather - Rain Check/Ticket Exchange

You can exchange any tickets from a postponed/cancelled game for another ticket of equal or lesser value to any other game during that same season.

Note: By League rules a game is official when a team has a lead after a complete five innings have been played. Rain check tickets will not be issued for games that have been deemed official.

Weekday Parking Shuttle

A free shuttle is provided for each Wednesday Day game and Baseball in Education game. The shuttle runs 90 minutes before the game until 30 minutes after the game. Fans can park for $5 and ride a complimentary shuttle from the following locations:

Will Call

Tickets purchased online or over the phone may be picked up anytime during game or business hours at any open box office window. You must show ID or confirmation number. Tickets dropped off or left at Will Call may be picked up at the main Box Office on the west side of the ballpark anytime during box office hours. Single game tickets left by team or staff personnel will be available 90 minutes prior to game time.
