Rain follows 'Riders to Arkansas

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARK. (APRIL 13, 2014) - Inclement weather on Sunday postponed the scheduled series opener between the Frisco RoughRiders and the Arkansas Travelers. The game will be played on Monday evening at 6:10 p.m. as the first half of a doubleheader.

Monday will mark the third doubleheader of the young season for the RoughRiders, who underwent two rainouts over the course of their six-game homestand to open the 2014 campaign. Sunday's rainout comes exactly one week after the April 6 meeting between Frisco and Arkansas was postponed under similar circumstances at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
