Fireworks Spectaculars Return as Featured Attraction for Naturals, Arvest Ballpark
SPRINGDALE, AR - As the 2015 season of Northwest Arkansas Naturals baseball approaches, the team will announce the promotional schedule this week beginning with the Fireworks Spectaculars for the upcoming campaign at Arvest Ballpark. Season 8 of Naturals Baseball will once again be highlighted by The Great American Blast, which will be a trio of spectacular fireworks shows at Arvest Ballpark over Memorial Day Weekend, stretching from Friday, May 22 until Sunday, May 24.
A featured attraction at Arvest Ballpark over the years, the Naturals will have fifteen (15) scheduled post-game Fireworks Spectaculars this season. The scheduled dates include a show on Thursday, April 16th for Opening Day as well as all ten (10) Friday home games during the year. This year will also include a special Fireworks Spectacular following Saturday home games on May 23, as part of The Great American Blast, and June 13 for Star Wars Night. Fireworks will also be featured for Sunday home games on May 24 and August 30. The Naturals will have six (6) Fireworks shows during the month of May alone, including five (5) shows in a fourteen (14) game span, which will be a first in Arvest Ballpark history.
The Naturals will once again host two (2) Faith and Family Nights presented by Sam's Furniture and media partner KLRC during the upcoming season. These events will fall on Friday, May 15 and Friday, August 14. The Naturals will host a pre-game Christian concert before a 7:15pm ballgame with a post-game Fireworks Spectacular to conclude both nights.
The Naturals do not have a home game on Saturday, July 4 but Arvest Ballpark will host 4th at the Field, a special event that will feature the largest Fireworks Spectacular in all of Northwest Arkansas for the Fourth of July holiday.

Opening Night Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular featuring Magnet Schedule Giveaway on Thursday, April 16
The Naturals host the Midland RockHounds at 6:05pm and the night will include a post-game Fireworks Spectacular. The first 2000 fans in attendance will receive a Naturals Magnet Schedule. Opening Day festivities will include a number of pre-game ceremonies. The event is co-sponsored by Strike Out Stroke & ICM.
#TheNatural13 Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, April 17
The Naturals host the Midland RockHounds at 7:05pm and the post-game Fireworks Spectacular is presented by Farm Rich. The night will include various clips and highlights of the Royals post-season run and the former Naturals that took part, #TheNatural13. It is also a post-game Scout Campout by Camping World of NWA where local scout groups receive a discounted group rate that includes a limited edition scout patch, the chance to watch a kid-friendly movie, and enjoy a post-game campout on the outfield grass at Arvest Ballpark.
Strike's Birthday Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, May 1
The Naturals host the Tulsa Drillers at 7:05pm and will feature a post-game Fireworks Spectacular. The event is presented by Bic. During the night, we'll celebrate Strike's Birthday with a number of his mascot friends from throughout Northwest Arkansas and the Naturals will wear special Strike related jerseys during the night that will be available for auction. The jersey proceeds will benefit CARE Community Center.
Faith & Family Night, Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, May 15
The Naturals host the Springfield Cardinals at 7:15pm and the event will feature a pre-game Christian concert and a post-game Fireworks Spectacular. The event is presented by Sam's Furniture and media partner KLRC.
The Great American Blast (Friday, May 22 / Saturday, May 23 / Sunday, May 24)
Friday, May 22 - The Naturals host the Tulsa Drillers at 7:05pm and the post-game Fireworks Spectacular is presented by SeaPak
Saturday, May 23 - The Naturals host the Tulsa Drillers at 6:05pm and the post-game Fireworks Spectacular is presented by SourceGas. Arrive early and enjoy discounted beer specials for Happy Hour in the Craft Beer Corner from 4:30-5:30pm in advance of the game.
Sunday, May 24 - The Naturals host the Tulsa Drillers at 6:05pm. The finale of The Great American Blast will include a post-game Fireworks Spectacular on Kids Eat FREE Family Sunday, featuring Kids Run the Bases post-game and an appearance by SpongeBob SquarePants.
Thunder Chickens Night Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, May 29
The Thunder Chickens host the San Antonio Missions at 7:05pm. The Naturals will become the Thunder Chickens once again and will wear special jerseys for the occasion. The night concludes with a post-game Fireworks Spectacular. #fearthecluck
Star Wars Night featuring a Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Saturday, June 13
The Naturals host the Arkansas Travelers at 6:05pm with a post-game Fireworks Spectacular and a stable of TBD Star Wars characters scheduled to appear to meet fans. Star Wars Night at Arvest Ballpark is presented by Cobb-Vantress. In celebration of the night, the Naturals will also wear special Star Wars themed jerseys that will be available for silent auction during the game. The jersey auction is presented by Grand Lake Casino and the proceeds will go to Turkey Ford Schools.
One-Hit Wonder Night, Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, June 26
The Naturals host the Tulsa Drillers at 7:05pm and the post-game Fireworks Spectacular is presented by Farm Rich. The Naturals will honor one-hit wonders throughout the night with music, videoboard entertainment, and contests for prizes throughout the game.
4th at the Field presented by The Walmart Museum on Saturday, July 4 (SPECIAL EVENT, NO NATURALS GAME)
The largest Fireworks Spectacular in Northwest Arkansas will once again be at Arvest Ballpark on the Fourth of July. The special event is presented by The Walmart Museum and will also feature a game between the Joplin Outlaws and the Nevada Griffins, two (2) college wood bat teams, at 6:35pm in advance of the holiday Fireworks Spectacular.
TMNT TURTLE POWER Night Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, July 10
The Naturals host the Frisco RoughRiders at 7:05pm and there will be a special appearance by two (2) members of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The night will conclude with a post-game Fireworks Spectacular and the event is presented by Cape Cod Chips.
Pink in the Park Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, July 31
The Naturals host the Springfield Cardinals at 7:05pm and the event is presented by Farm Rich. The Naturals will wear special pink jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game with all of the proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Faith & Family Night, Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, August 14
The Naturals host the Corpus Christi Hooks at 7:15pm and the event that features a pre-game Christian concert and a post-game Fireworks Spectacular. The event is presented by Sam's Furniture and media partner KLRC.
First Responders Night Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular on Friday, August 28
The Naturals host the Springfield Cardinals at 7:05pm and the Naturals will honor local first responders throughout the game. The night will conclude with a post-game Fireworks Spectacular. It is also a post-game Scout Campout by Camping World of NWA. Boy Scout, Girl Scout, and Cub Scout groups can purchase discounted group tickets for only $8 per person, receive a limited edition scout patch, watch a kid-friendly movie, and enjoy a post-game campout on the outfield grass at Arvest Ballpark.
Post-Game Fireworks Spectacular, KIDS EAT FREE Family Sunday featuring a T-Shirt Giveaway on Sunday, August 30
The Naturals host the Arkansas Travelers at 6:05pm. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a T-Shirt courtesy of Jack Link's Jerky and ALL kids 12 and under eat for FREE and ALL kids get to run the bases post-game on Family Sunday.
Single game tickets for the Naturals 2015 season will officially go on sale to the public at the Arvest Ballpark Box Office on Saturday, March 7; however, they will be available for purchase online only beginning on Monday, March 2.
