STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO USING MY NATURALS TICKETS

My Account (General Login)

My Naturals Tickets allows you to manage your season tickets online quickly and easily throughout the year. To better serve our fans and create a more seamless experience across our website and app, Major League Baseball has partnered with us to connect your Naturals ticketing account with MLB.com account services. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage, and scan your tickets using a single MLB account. If you’re already logged in with your MLB account on the MiLB app or at nwanaturals.com, any tickets you purchase will automatically be added to your account for easy access.

Moving forward, you can access your tickets by either creating a new MLB account (if you don’t have one) or logging in to your existing MLB account. Creating an account allows you to take full advantage of all of the features that it has to offer. The Naturals have also created a Mobile Guide and a Desktop Guide to assist you.

A few quick notes:

  • If you need to create a new MLB account, please use the same email address you used for your previous Naturals ticketing account.
  • If you already have an MLB account under that same email address, you should be able to log in with your MLB credentials and seamlessly access your tickets.

New Users:

  • To create an account, please CLICK HERE

  • Enter your email address to log-in through the mlb.com portal (all users are directed here). At the next pop-up enter your password, you'll then be directed to your personal My Ticket page

  • If you need to create an account, click Sign Up to do so

  • If you are unsure if you have an account, click Sign Up and enter your information. If an account is already created with your email, it will notify you that an account already exists with that email address

  • If you receive this message, go back, log-in using your email and on the next prompt click Forgot Password? The steps to reset it will then be provided

Returning Users:

  • To access your account, please CLICK HERE
  • Proceed with the email you used to purchase the tickets to log-in through the mlb.com portal (all users are directed here). You'll then be prompted for your password
  • If you cannot remember your password, there is a "Forgot Password" option on the password page. You will receive then further instructions via the email address on file
  • You are now ready to start using My Tickets

Renewing Season Tickets

  • Log into your My Tickets Account
  • Click on the "Pending Renewals/Payments" tab
  • You will find your season ticket package(s) listed
  • Click on the item(s) you'd like to renew and select a payment option.
  • Once you have selected a payment option, please click Renew
  • You will be contacted with delivery details by a Naturals Associate
  • Enter all necessary credit card information and select "Submit Payment"
  • Thank you for renewing! You'll receive an email confirming payment.

Online Ticket Exchange

  • Log into your My Tickets Account
  • Under the My Ticket Inventory tab, click on Exchange from the drop down.
  • Select a game you wish to exchange and then click continue. 
  • Choose a replacement event. Search by month and select the game you'd like.
  • Select your seats! You will be defaulted to the price range of your season ticket location, but you can choose other areas if you wish to upgrade from your current location. 
  • Enter your e-mail to receive the tickets digitally and checkout!

Ticket Forward

  • Log into your My Tickets Account
  • Click on the My Ticket Inventory tab to navigate to your tickets.
  • From the Select an Action drop down, choose forward tickets.
  • Click on the date of the game(s) you would like to forward and you will see all available seat inventory listed. Select the specific games and/or specific seats you would like to forward.
  • Choose an existing recipient under Your Friends or click New Friend to add a new recipient. Type in their e-mail address and first and last name. Click Save Changes.
  • This will bring you back to the screen that showed which game dates and locations you plan to forward. Click Continue.
  • Review your forward request and add a note for your recipient if desired. Click Forward Tickets. Please note that once you successfully click Forward Tickets, your original tickets are no longer active.
  • A Forward Ticket Confirmation page will pop up. This confirms that your forward request is being processed. You can close out of that page.
  • Your intended recipient will receive e-mail notification that you have initiated a ticket forward!

Recall Ticket Forward

If a ticket forward has been completed accidentally or your intended recipient is no longer able to attend the game(s), you are able to recall the ticket forward.

  • Log into your My Tickets Account
  • Click on the My History tab to view all previous forward history.
  • Click on the Ticket Forward ID # of the ticket that you would like to recall. A pop up will appear with your ticket details.
  • Once you have confirmed that this is the correct game date and seat location, select the box next to the ticket information and click Recall Tickets.
  • Both you and the recipient will receive confirmation of the ticket recall. Please note the barcodes on your original tickets will be restored and valid for entry at the ballpark.

My Naturals Tickets is your "one stop shop" for managing all aspects of your Northwest Arkansas Naturals season ticket account from renewing your season tickets, managing payments, conducting online ticket exchanges, forwarding game tickets to friends/family, printing your tickets, and utilizing the ticket donation program.

Can I renew my season ticket package via My Naturals Tickets?

My Naturals Tickets makes renewing your season ticket plan quick and easy. After logging into your account, click on "Pending Renewals/Payments", select the item that you'd like to make a payment toward followed by the payment plan option that best suits you, then enter and submit your payment information. Following payment, you will receive an email confirmation.
