Justin is the Vice President/General Manager of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals.
He served as the team's Assistant General Manager for the first six seasons at Arvest Ballpark, after spending four seasons working with the Rich Baseball owned and operated Wichita Wranglers, before taking over for his first full season as General Manager in 2014. Justin served as Co-General Manager during the team's final season in Wichita before making the move to Springdale with the team in late 2007.
In 2017, Justin was promoted to Vice President of the Naturals. Also, in March of 2017, the Kansas City Royals gave Cole the 'Matt Minker Award,' which honors a member of the Royals organization who most exemplifies and displays over time, leadership, dedication and performance.
Justin grew up in Barker, NY and is a December 2002 graduate of the University at Buffalo. He began his career in baseball by serving as an intern with the Buffalo Bisons, then the Triple-A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. The Naturals' parent club, the Kansas City Royals, is Justin's favorite baseball team and Justin is a devoted Buffalo Bills fan. Justin resides in Springdale with his wife Kristin and daughter Olivia.
A Waterloo, IA native, Dustin began working for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in November of 2007. He was named Director of Marketing & Public Relations in October of 2016 after serving as the team's Marketing/PR Manager since May of 2013. He has also served as an Account Executive as well as a Senior Account Executive for the team, while also overseeing group coordination here at Arvest Ballpark during that time.
Dustin resides in Lowell, AR with his family and is a proud graduate of the University of Iowa where he majored in Communications and minored in Sociology. His favorite teams include the Chicago Cubs (basically all teams in Chicago except the White Sox) and of course, his beloved Hawkeyes. When he is not at the ballpark, Dustin enjoys playing golf and fishing in Northwest Arkansas, as well as spending time with his wife Carly and their son, Pearson.
A Bentonville native, Morgan joined the Naturals in May 2007 and served as Merchandise Coordinator for the 2008 season before taking over as Business Manager in February 2009. In October of 2016 Morgan was named Director, Business Department and handles the business and financial operations for the Naturals as well as oversees the Naturals Team Store.
Morgan is a 2007 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she majored in Marketing and Political Science. In addition to rooting on the hometown Razorbacks, she is a dedicated St. Louis Cardinals fan. When not at the ballpark, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband Danny and their three kids.
Jeff is the Director of Ballpark Operations.
He joined the Naturals staff in 2013 after spending two seasons as the regional Sales Director of the Texas Motorplex, a class 4 NHRA drag racing track in Ennis, Texas. Previously, Jeff spent 15 successful years with the Elmore Sports Group, including 13 seasons with the San Antonio Missions as Asst. GM with four Texas League Championship seasons and two with the Colorado Springs Sky Sox as Asst. GM/Director of Sales.
A native Texan and Dallas Cowboy fan, he is a proud father of a daughter, Britney, and a granddad to Henry Owen who lives in the Dallas area.
Mark came to Northwest Arkansas after spending the 2009 season as a Group Sales Assistant with the South Atlantic League Champion Lakewood BlueClaws, the Philadelphia Phillies' Class-A Affiliate. He served as an Account Executive for his first two seasons with the Naturals and as the Group Sales Manager for the 2012 season. Mark was named the Sales Manager of the Northwest Arkansas Naturals in May of 2013 & Director of Sales in October of 2016.
Originally from New York City, Mark graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in music. His first experience in the sports industry came as a summer intern for the Staten Island Yankees, the New York-Penn League affiliate of the New York Yankees.
Mark is an avid fan of the New York Mets, New York Giants, and the UMass Minutemen. He enjoys Northwest Arkansas and is happy to be a part of the community.

Sam is the Ticket Office Manager for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals at Arvest Ballpark.
Sam began his career with the Naturals as the Ticket Office Coordinator role after serving as a Game Day intern and Ticket Office assistant during the summer of 2012. A native of Prairie Village, Kansas, Sam graduated from Kansas University in December 2012 with a degree in Sports Management.
While at Kansas, Sam was an intern with the Williams Education Fund in the Kansas athletic department. Sam is a huge Jayhawks fan and a big fan of movies as well, his favorite film being The Big Lebowski.
Sam and his fiancé Alisson reside in Springdale, Arkansas.
Adam joined the Naturals in 2017. A native of Memphis, TN, Adam received his Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Memphis in 2013. Adam also received a Master's degree from Sacred Heart University in Sports Communication and Media in 2016.
Prior to joining the Naturals, Adam was a Creative Services Assistant with the Bowling Green Hot Rods, the Single-A Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. He has also worked as a Production Intern for One World Sports and a Production Assistant with Bellator MMA. Adam has also spent time working for the Sacred Heart University Athletic Department and the NEC Network to help broadcast basketball and volleyball games.
In his free time, Adam's hobbies include playing video games, fishing, and watching sports. His favorite teams are the New York Mets, the Nashville Predators, the Tennessee Titans, the Memphis Tigers, and the Sacred Heart Pioneers.
Matt began his career with the Naturals as a Street Team intern during the 2011 season before being hired on full-time as an Account Executive in 2012 after another internship with the Lakewood Blue Claws.
He is from Basehor, Kansas and is a graduate of Kansas University. He also has spent time with the Lakewood BlueClaws, where he served as a ticket sales assistant. He is a fan of New York style pizza, the color blue, and Bruce Springsteen. In his spare time he enjoys traveling the country, visiting zoos and aquariums, watching the Missouri Tigers lose and cheering on the Kansas City Royals. As a diehard fan and Kansas native, Matt will forever cherish the Royals 2015 World Championship.
Trey joined the Naturals as an Account Executive in 2013 after serving as an intern for the club in 2012.
The Spiro, Oklahoma native is a Sports Media graduate from Oklahoma State University. He is a fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and the Oklahoma City Thunder. In his spare time Trey enjoys fishing, and cheering on the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Roxanne began her career with the Northwest Arkansas Naturals as a Street Team intern during the 2016 season before being hired on full-time as the team's Promotions Assistant in October of 2016.
The Schaller, Iowa native attended Point Park University and graduated with a degree in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management. Roxanne played on the Point Park Women's Volleyball team while earning her degree. When not at the ballpark, she enjoys singing karaoke, binge watching Netflix, and playing indoor and sand volleyball.
Danny is the Clubhouse Manager for the Naturals, the Kansas City Royals Double-A Affiliate, at Arvest Ballpark.
He originally joined the team in Wichita as a batboy at age 14 and has been affiliated with Minor League Baseball, the Kansas City Royals, and the Texas League ever since. During the offseason he works with the Royals assisting with clubhouse operations during Instructional Ball and the Arizona Fall Leagues at their Spring Training facilities in Surprise, AZ.
An Andover, KS native, Helmer graduated in May 2008 from the University of Oklahoma and is a die-hard Sooners fan. He also roots for the Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Oklahoma City Thunder and when he's not at the ballpark, he enjoys spending time with his wife Morgan and their three kids.
Vicksburg Mississippi native Josh Hill joined the Naturals as an Account Executive in November of 2018.
Josh came to the Naturals after spending the 2017 and 2018 seasons as a Group Sales Coordinator with the Oklahoma City Dodgers, the Los Angeles Dodgers Triple-A Affiliate. He also spent time at Talladega Superspeedway as a Ticket Operation and Service Representative during the Fall 2016 Double Elimination Race season.
A graduate of Mississippi State University, Josh resides in Bentonville with his fiancé, Jordan Holley, with plans to get married in the near future. He will continue to remain a lifelong Atlanta Braves and New Orleans Saints fan throughout his days while rooting for his Mississippi State Bulldogs every Saturday, Hail State! Fantasy Sports, outdoor recreation, concerts, and adventuring foodie are just a few of the hobbies he spends time exploring away from the ballpark.
Benjamin joined the Naturals staff in 2014 as the "Voice of the Naturals" after spending the summer of 2013 as the No. 2 broadcaster for the Frontier League Champions, Schaumburg Boomers.
Benjamin grew up watching current and former Royals, Alex Gordon and Ken Harvey, play for the University of Nebraska and has continued to follow the Royals. He loves his connection with the Naturals fan base in the community and over the airwaves.
Benjamin is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from Goshen College (Goshen, Indiana) where he played baseball with a degree in Broadcasting and a minor in Spanish in April of 2013.
Corey joined the Naturals in 2015. A native of Johnson City, NY. He attended college at Keystone College in La Plume, PA and was a member of the Golf team. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Sport and Recreation Management with a minor in business.
Before joining the Naturals, Corey's previous jobs included Facility management Intern at D1 Binghamton University in the Events Center and Stadium Operations Assistant with the Frederick Keys the Advanced-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles in Frederick, MD.
Outside of the ballpark, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf. His favorite sports teams are the New York Mets and Tennessee Titans.
Brock maintains the playing surface at beautiful Arvest Ballpark.
He joined the Naturals in 2013 after working for the Buffalo Bisons in 2012. Prior to joining the Bisons, Brock spent two seasons with the Louisville Bats and also has worked at Camelback Ranch, the Spring Training home of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago White Sox.
A 2011 graduate of Michigan State with a degree in Sports Turf Management, Brock is from the small town of Tekonsha, Michigan and enjoys rooting for the Spartans, Detroit Tigers and Cincinnati Reds.
Philadelphia native Brad Ziegler joined the Naturals in February 2010 as an Account Executive and became a Senior Account Executive during the 2014 season.
Brad came to the Naturals after spending the 2009 season as a Stadium Operations Assistant with the South Atlantic League Champion Lakewood BlueClaws, the Philadelphia Phillies' Class-A Affiliate. He also served as an intern in the Stadium Operations Department for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, an independent league team, in 2008.
A graduate of Penn State University, Brad resides in Fayetteville with his wife, Amanda and German Shepard, Bernie. He will always be loyal to his Phillies, Sixers and The 2017 Super Bowl Champion Eagles as well as his american "with" fried onion from Steve's Prince of Steaks in North East Philadelphia. When he's not at the ballpark he enjoys playing fantasy sports and traveling.
