The Force awakens at Fifth Third Field: Saturday, 5/9

Back by popular demand, it is. Have a blast during Star Wars Night at Fifth Third Field, you will. The Toledo Mud Hens will host its annual celebration of the popular movie series on Saturday, May 9!

The Force will be strong at the ballpark that night, as fans will have the opportunity to be part of a prize-packed costume contest, meet their favorite Star Wars characters, and enjoy intergalactic theme night food and beverage items.

Be like Jabba you may, as an all-you-can-eat buffet will be available during a special Star Wars pregame dinner event, which includes exclusive photo opportunities with your favorite Star Wars characters. Don't wait, seats are limited for that event!

On May 9 the "galaxy famous" Toledo Mud Hens take on the Charlotte Knights at 7 p.m. Following the game, fans will be invited to stay in their seats to watch a spectacular postgame fireworks show, which is better than watching the Death Star destruction!

Star Wars Mud Hens Jersey Raffle

Two specially designed Star Wars / Mud Hens jerseys will be raffled off on May 9, with proceeds to benefit the Adopt America Network and Helping Hens Charities.

We have a "Rebel Alliance / Hens" jersey and a "Vader / Skywalker / Hens" jersey as the raffle prizes. Tickets will be sold ($5 each or 5 tickets for $20) during the game on the main concourse near Section 109. Winners will be selected at the top of the 7th inning.
