Dragons Encourage Fans to Carpool to the Park on June 14

Drive Less, Live More Campaign Offers Carpool Parking

Dayton, Ohio - The Dayton Dragons are offering fans a chance to carpool to the Dragons game on Sunday, June 14, when the Dragons host the Beloit Snappers 2 p.m. at Fifth Third Field. The Dragons and the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission are also offering incentives to fans that carpool to the game.

Carpool to the Game:

Carpool parking is available for the first 10 cars to pre-register (before 5:00 pm the Friday before each Carpool to the Game date) for selected Sunday games during the 2015 season! Our friends at the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission's RIDESHARE Program have arranged for reserved parking for ten (10) vehicles, that have exactly four (4) people in them, in the parking garage across from Fifth Third Field plaza at 224 Harries St, Dayton, OH 45402. All the pre-registered carpoolers will receive some car-related goodies and a stadium ticket to the game courtesy of MVRPC and Drive Less, Live More.

Everyone who registers for the special carpool parking must:

  • Register before 5:00 p.m. the Friday before each Carpool to the Game date
  • Arrive at the parking lot by 2:30 p.m. on the game day (game begins at 2:00 p.m.)
  • Enter the parking lot as a carpool of four (4). Do not drop off your passengers before parking.
  • Check-in with a Drive Less Live More team member in the parking lot to receive your Dayton Dragons stadium ticket
