What is the All-You-Can-Eat menu?
Our All-You-Can-Eat menu includes the following: Burgers, Hot Dogs, Chips, Cookies, Soda, and Water!
Do I need anything for my buffet?
Yes! 5-Game All-You-Can-Eat holders will report to the Sutter Gould Guest Services Booth to receive their wristband for their buffet.
Which concession stand is the buffet?
The exclusive concession stand for all 5-Game All-You-Can-Eat holders will be in the right field concession located right behind section 119/120.
How many items am I allowed to take per trip?
Fans will be limited to 4 items per trip in order to ensure lines are moving adequately. 5-Game All-You-Can-Eat holders can go up as many times as they'd like.
Which lot do I park in?
Mini Plan holders will receive free parking as part of their package and park in the West Lot. Turn onto Harrison St. from Fremont St and you are right there!
How does exchanging my tickets work?
Simple. If you can't make a game on your ticket plan, give us a call. We'll work with you to find a game that works with your schedule and provide you with new tickets to it, all at no extra charge.
It is based on availability as well. When you exchange tickets, we cannot guarantee that you will have the same seats since others may have purchased that seat ahead of the game you are looking to attend.
The 5-Game All You Can Eat mini plan buffets are only redeemable for games included in the 5 game plan. Games are currently TBD.
What are my payment options for mini plan tickets?
We make it easy for you to pay for your tickets. You have the choice to spread your payments out throughout the remaining months until the season via credit card. We have three options to choose from! Paid in Full, 2-month, or 6-month payment plans are available.
Where can I find which games are included in my plan?
Dates are TBD for the 5-Game plan, however, fans can anticipate for the five biggest games of the season in their plan!
Do I get to choose my seat?
Absolutely. Fans have the ability to choose from our Fieldbox, MVP, or Homeplate/Dugout boxes.
Am I able to exchange my tickets for another game?
Yes. If for some reason you can’t make it to a game, you can exchange any unused tickets to another game, based on availability. With this cool perk, you can exchange before or after the game has passed. Just give us a call to exchange your tickets. A friendly reminder the buffet is only valid for the five dates included in the plan.
How can I purchase a plan?
You can order your mini plan plan by clicking the buy now buttons above or by calling our offices at 209-644-1900 for a member of our ticket staff.
Will printed tickets be offered in 2025?
2025 tickets will be delivered to your My Ports Ticket account, accessed digitally or printed on ticket stock at the box office.
