LAST CHANCE: Trip to Cincinnati: April 20-21

February 28, 2013

The Bristol White Sox and Bristol Baseball, Incorporated are looking forward to their trip to Cincinnati and Great American Ballpark as the National League Central Division Champion Cincinnati Reds try to defend their title on April 20-21, 2013, when they host the Miami Marlins.  Sox fans can sign up today to be a part of this exciting trip.

The trip will be an opportunity to see Reds' stars, including 2010 National League MVP Joey Votto, and Marlins' slugger Giancarlo Stanton, and will include an overnight stay in Cincinnati, with the Sox group departing Bristol on the morning of Saturday, April 20 at 6:30 AM, and returning to Bristol on the evening of Sunday, April 21, following an afternoon game in Cincinnati, at approximately 10 PM.

"The Bristol White Sox and Bristol Baseball, Inc. are pleased to offer this opportunity to our fans," said Mahlon Luttrell, President of Bristol Baseball, Incorporated and General Manager for the White Sox.  "Not only will we give them the opportunity to see the stars of tomorrow play next summer at Boyce Cox Field, our fans will be able to see the stars of today before the Sox season gets started."

The trip will include deluxe motor coach transportation from Boyce Cox Field in Bristol to the Millennium Hotel in downtown Cincinnati and back home, one night hotel accommodations (double occupancy), admission to the award-winning Reds Hall of Fame and Museum on Sunday, and tickets to Saturday and Sunday afternoon games against the Marlins.  Fans will also have the opportunity to explore downtown Cincinnati Saturday evening.

Fans will have a chance to bring home a Brandon Phillips bobblehead, with that promotional item to be given away to the first 30,000 fans through the gates at Saturday's game.

"Our last two trips to see big league games have sold out, including a popular bobblehead promotion last season in Cincinnati" noted Luttrell.  "I expect this one to sell out quickly, and we are limited to filling only one bus, so fans should act now to register for this trip."

Cost for the trip is $250, based on double occupancy.  If you prefer a single room, there is an additional $60 single supplement charge.  Families with children under the age of 18 may opt for triple or quadruple occupancy by paying the cost for two adults, plus a surcharge of $185 per child.

The deadline to sign up is March 18.
