ZEBULON, N.C. - The Carolina Mudcats, the Class-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers, are excited to announce the hiring of two new front office members including Food & Beverage Director Hugh Gallagher and Sponsorship Sales Manager Logan Jacobson.

Director - Food & Beverage

Hugh Gallagher enters his first season with the Carolina Mudcats as the team’s new Director of Food and Beverage. Gallagher, originally from Philadelphia, Pa., joins the Mudcats from the Los Angeles Dodgers where he was the Director of Food and Beverage Services from 2016 through 2021. Gallagher additionally spent 25 years with Aramark Sports and Entertainment and is an industry veteran who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Carolina front office. A 1973 Brandywine College (Wilmington, Del.) graduate, Gallagher has worked in leadership roles in a plethora of prominent venues including Dodgers Stadium, the Los Angeles Coliseum, the Hollywood Park Racetrack, the Spectrum in Philadelphia, and the Sydney Opera House. He has additionally spearheaded overall design, build-out and management for food, beverage and retail operations for Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Baltimore; Coors Field, Denver; Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland; San Jose Arena; Wells Fargo Arena in Philadelphia and Turner Field in Atlanta.

Logan Jacobson
Manager - Sponsorship Sales

Wisconsin native Logan Jacobson joins the Carolina Mudcats as the team’s new Manager of Sponsorship Sales. Jacobson is entering his first year in Carolina and was most recently the Assistant General Manager of the Pioneer League’s Great Falls Voyagers in Great Falls, Mont. Jacobson originally started as a Group Sales Manager with the Voyagers in 2021 before becoming the Assistant GM in September of 2022. He also spent the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons as a Marketing Intern with the Chippewa Steel of the North American Hockey League and was the Assistant General Manager of the Mining City Tommynockers of the Expedition League in Butte, Mont. Jacobson is from Eau Claire, Wisc. and is a 2017 graduate of Eau Claire Regis High School and 2021 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

The 2023 season is set to begin on Friday, April 7 with the season opener in Fayetteville against the Woodpeckers. The first home game of the 2023 schedule is set for Tuesday, April 11 against the Salem Red Sox at Five County Stadium. The full schedule is available online at www.carolinamudcats.com/schedule.
