How do I redeem my child’s free kids club tickets?

You can redeem your child’s free Sunday Kids Club ticket(s) at the box office. The kids club member MUST wear their “Clingstones VIP Kids Club Member” lanyard to the game. Kids club membership kits will be available for pickup starting on Sunday, April 20th.

What if my child forgets their lanyard?

If your child forgets his or her lanyard, our box office team can cross reference their membership status on our master list and still provide them with a free ticket!

Can I redeem my child’s free kids club tickets at the box office on days other than Sunday?

Yes! Once our Synovus Park box office opens, you can stop by from 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Please bring your child and ensure he or she wears their kids club lanyard. For example, you can purchase tickets for all Sunday games at once, and your kids club members will receive free tickets for all games.
