To apply for a media credential, please fill out the “Credential Application Form” below that fits your need. If you have any questions or requests, please contact Olivia Crew (Digital Media) or Jack Johnson (Broadcast and Media Relations). Also, please sign and return the 2026 MiLB Credential Agreement – which can be found below – to either Olivia or Jack prior to receiving your credential.
Credential applications will not be reviewed until the 2026 MiLB Credential Agreement form has been signed and returned.
CREDENTIAL REQUESTS: Credentials must be requested through Columbus Clingstones Media Relations at least 24 hours prior to the date your outlet is planning to attend. Only legitimate news-gathering outlets, at the discretion of the Columbus Clingstones, will receive credentials. All credentials are non-transferable and should be visible at all times. Credentials will not be issued to anyone under 18 years of age. The Columbus Clingstones reserve the right to revoke credentials at any time. Anyone seeking autographs, player memorabilia, personal photos, etc. will have their credentials revoked immediately.
ACCESS TO SYNOVUS PARK: All media members are required to enter Synovus Park through the Main Gate, located behind right field next to the Ticket Office. Entry via the Player Parking and Player Entrance area will not be permitted. You must present a 2026 Columbus Clingstones Credential to gain access to the ballpark. Single-game credentials can be obtained with valid photo ID at the Synovus Park Will-Call Window. Media may park in Lot A, subject to availability.
PREGAME INTERVIEWS: Columbus Clingstones’ players and coaches can be made available upon request for postgame interviews in the Interview Area (located outside the Home Clubhouse) following a 10-minute “cool down” period. You must be accompanied by a member of Columbus Clingstones Media Relations to access this area. The training room, weight room, lockers, and player lounge areas of the clubhouse are off limits to media members at all times. There is no still photography permitted in the clubhouse unless authorized by Columbus Clingstones Media Relations in advance. No postgame interviews will be allowed between games of a doubleheader.
ATLANTA BRAVES REHAB ASSIGNMENTS: Players on injury rehab assignments for the Atlanta Braves will be made available to the media when possible with their schedule. All interview requests with rehabbing players must be authorized by a member of Columbus Clingstones Media Relations. Starting pitchers on rehab assignments will be made available for interviews only following the conclusion of their outing (subject to availability).
FIELD/DUGOUTS: Media members holding credentials that grant field access may be present in the foul territory/dugout areas up to one (1) hour prior to the scheduled game time. At no time are media members allowed to cross the foul lines into the field of play. Foul territory and dugout areas must be clear of ALL media exactly one (1) hour prior to the start of the game unless special arrangements have been made.
PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS: Photographers and videographers may utilize the on-field camera pit next to the Home Dugout on the third base side of Synovus Park. Space is limited, and all photographers/videographers must accommodate the space needs of Columbus Clingstones staff in this area. No photography is permitted on the field of play while the game is in progress. Special photo requests must be authorized by Columbus Clingstones Media Relations. Use of drones for photography or videography both inside and outside of Synovus Park is prohibited during all games.
PRESS BOX: Limited space in the Synovus Park Press Box is available for WORKING MEDIA ONLY on a first-come, first-served basis. A wireless internet connection will be provided to you. There will be no cheering or rooting for either team at any point during the game. Individuals who violate Press Box rules will be removed and credentials revoked upon the discretion of Columbus Clingstones Media Relations.
MEDIA INFORMATION: Printed copies of game notes, rosters, statistics, press releases and other information will be made available daily in the Synovus Park Press Box approximately two (2) hours prior to game time.
