Brunson begins his tenure as the team's Assistant GM in 2020 after getting his career start in sports with the D-Braves in 2018. Brunson is a 2018 graduate of Kansas State University, where he studied Public Relations. While at K-State, Brunson worked for K-State Athletics in the communications department, assisting with gathering statistics for all sports teams. Brunson also spent three years as a resident assistant with the K-State Housing and Dining department. Brunson is commonly referred to as "Jimmy" while at Legion Field.
