ONEOK Field will host plenty of baseball action this season, in addition to the Tulsa Drillers. The downtown stadium will host a mixture of college and high school action, highlighted by the 9th Annual Drillers High School Baseball Showcase, April 4-6.
The High School Showcase will feature 12 state teams playing in six games over the three-day period. The matchups will be:
Thursday, April 4
Catoosa vs. Coweta (5:30PM)
Collinsville vs. Pryor (7:30PM)
Friday, April 5
Leedey vs. Red Oak (5:30PM)
Union vs. Jenks (7:30PM)
Saturday, April 6
Ft. Gibson vs. Berryhill (5:30PM)
Broken Arrow vs. Owasso (7:30PM)
Daily tickets for the Showcase will be good for admission to both games. All net ticket revenue from the showcase will go to the participating schools.
Area college teams will also be in action at ONEOK Field. The first of these contests will pit the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles against the Cowboys of Oklahoma State on Tuesday, April 9.
A week later, on April 16, the Rogers State Hillcats will take the field against the Northeastern State RiverHawks. The game will begin at 3:00PM and will precede a meeting between the Drillers and Corpus Christi. A single ticket will grant fans admission to both of these games.
On May 10, the Bedlam Series returns to Tulsa, as the OSU Cowboys make their second appearance of the year at ONEOK Field when they meet the Oklahoma Sooners in a Big 12 Conference matchup.
Individual tickets for all of the special events will go on sale on Saturday, March 9. Selected group ticket packages are currently available for the ORU vs. OSU game and for the Bedlam meeting. Interested parties can contact the Drillers at (918)744-5901 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
