Stadium Policies

Affiliation
The Florida Fire Frogs are the Advanced-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.

Animals
Fans are not permitted to bring any animals into Osceola County Stadium except for service animals (including those in training) or during special promotions such as "Bark in the Park".

Autographs
Prior to game time, fans have the opportunity to get players' autographs in the team store. Please be respectful when asking for autographs. Florida State League rules prohibit players from signing autographs once the game has started.

Beer & Wine Sales
We encourage all patrons 21 and over to please drink responsibly and designate a sober driver. All fans that consume beer or wine at the ballpark must present a valid form of ID. We have the right to refuse the sale of beer or wine to any patron at our sole discretion.

Camera & Video Equipment
Cameras and camcorders are permitted at Osceola County Stadium as long as they are not for commercial use. We ask that you do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game while taking photos and/or video. Guests wishing to use equipment that requires the use of a tripod at a fixed position in the stadium must contact the Fire Frogs PR department for a media credential.

Cellular Phones
Cellular phones are permitted at Osceola County Stadium. Please be courteous to your neighbors and refrain from making lengthy or loud phone calls.

Children
Children four (4) and under do not need a ticket for entry into Osceola County Stadium. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. Children four (4) years of age and older must have a ticket.

Concessions
Great food and drink options are available throughout Osceola County Stadium. Concession stands open at the same time as the gates on game days. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the stadium. All concessions are proudly made and served by our Fire Frogs staff. 

Credit Cards
The Fire Frogs accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) at the box office, team store, and concession stands.

Dugouts
Fans are not allowed on dugout tops at any time unless directed to do so by a Fire Frogs staff member. Violators are subject to ejection from the stadium.

Family Atmosphere
Osceola County Stadium is a place for families to come and enjoy themselves in a wholesome atmosphere. Fans are asked to refrain from the use of foul language. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the stadium.

Fan Interference
In an effort to protect both the fans and the players, the Florida Fire Frogs maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding fan interference with balls in play or players on the field. Failure to abide by this rule will result in immediate removal from the stadium and may result in prosecution.

Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the Fire Frogs' players, management, and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.

First Aid
First Aid services are available at the EMT station, located behind home plate on the concourse. In the event that you or someone in your party becomes ill or injured during the game, notify the nearest usher or Fire Frogs employee.

Food and Beverage Policy
Due to Osceola County Stadium rules, no outside food, beverages, coolers, bottles or cans are allowed into the stadium at any time.

Foul Balls
Foul Balls can be hit into the stands at any time. Please be alert! You are welcome to keep any balls that are hit into the stands. At no time, however, is anyone allowed to throw a ball back on to the field.

Game Times
All home games Monday-Wednesday, Friday and Saturday have a scheduled first pitch of 6:00 p.m., while all Thursday and Sunday home games have a scheduled first pitch of 12:00 p.m. These may change though due to weather delays.

Gates
Gates will open one hour prior to the start of all home games; unless an event calls for an earlier time.

Lost Children
If you are attending a game with your children, make sure they know to find the nearest Fire Frogs employee in the event that they are lost or separated from your family. If you become separated from your child, please find the nearest usher or security personnel.

Lost & Found
Lost articles should be returned to Guest Services behind home plate. These items will be held for two weeks after they have been turned in. If you feel your item may have been lost, please call (321) 697-3156 to report/reclaim lost articles.

Merchandise
The Fire Frogs offer a large team store with a great variety of souvenirs from licensed apparel to game-used merchandise. The team store is located just behind home plate on the concourse.

National Anthem

Office Hours
The Fire Frogs' offices are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday when the team is away. When the team is home, our offices open at 9:00am and close once the game has ended. The box office and team store hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday when the team is away and 10 am till after the game on home game days.

On-Field Access
On-Field Access is limited to authorized personnel only. Any guest who is not authorized and attempts to be on the field will be removed from the stadium immediately.

Parking
Parking is available for a flat fee of $5 per game.

Rain Policy
If a game has been postponed due to rain or any other factor prior to the completion of an official game (5 completed innings, or 4 ½ innings if the Fire Frogs are winning), fans may exchange tickets for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future 2019 regular season home game, subject to availability.

If the game is called and it is an official game (5 completed innings, or 4 ½ innings with the Fire Frogs in the lead), then your ticket is not redeemable for future games.

If the game is postponed before the gates open, keep your ticket and exchange it at the box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future 2019 regular season home game, subject to availability.

Restrooms
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the ballpark.

Seating
All seating at Osceola County Stadium will be reserved/assigned seating.

Security Procedures
All fans are subject to random inspection by security personnel upon entering Osceola County Stadium, including bags, backpacks, purses, etc. Fire Frogs' management reserves the right to not allow hazardous or disruptive items into the stadium.

Smoking Policy
There is no smoking in the seating areas of the stadium. There are designated smoking areas located on the concourse level.

Soliciting
Soliciting of any products, services, and/or monetary donations in Osceola County Stadium or on its grounds is strictly prohibited unless formally authorized by management. Violators will be escorted from the property.

Strollers
The Fire Frogs welcome fans that bring and use their own strollers, and ask that the use of these do not inhibit general fan movement, or block aisles.

Suite Access
Ballpark suites may only be accessed by fans possessing tickets for that particular suite. 

Tailgating
Tailgating is allowed in general parking areas at Osceola County Stadium, provided that you do not interfere with the parking process. Open flames and other fire hazards are strictly prohibited.

Tryouts
Tryouts are not held by the Fire Frogs or any minor league baseball team. Minor league teams are assigned players by their Major League Baseball affiliate, in our case the Atlanta Braves. The Major League Scouting Bureau conducts tryout camps around the country and can be reached at (909) 980-1881 for tryout information.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted in Osceola County Stadium as long as they do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.

Ushers
Ushers are stationed throughout the ballpark to assist you and enforce ballpark rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher. Please treat our ushers with courtesy and respect; by enforcing the rules, they are making the ballpark a safer and more comfortable environment for our guests.

Video Board & PA
Special messages may be displayed on the video board or read over the PA system when submitted in advance. Messages are subject to approval by Fire Frogs' staff.

Weapons
For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Osceola County Stadium. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. Guests wishing to enter the stadium for a game or event consent to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will be denied admittance or may be ejected. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.
