In game one, the Reds got the better of Kingsport 6-1.
Greeneville put up a pair of runs in the first and never looked back, as they ambushed K-Met starrer Nate Peden before he could get settled in.
The lone Kingsport tally came on a RBI-double by

Kingsport got their revenge and clinched the series with a 4-3 victory in the nightcap.
Starter Willy Taveras pitched superb baseball, allowing just two unearned runs over five innings en route to his third victory of the season here in Kingsport.
The Mets got off to a quick start offensively. After Granadillo led off with a double, he stole third and scored on a throwing error to give the K-Mets a 1-0 first inning advantage.

The Reds cut the deficit to one with a two-run top of the fifth, but the Mets got that run back with a RBI-ground out by Adon in the bottom half.
Greeneville plated an unearned run in the sixth, but could get no closer, as Tripp tossed a one-two-three seventh to earn the save.
