BRISTOL, Va.- Kingsport took Game 1 of the final three-game road series of the 2017 season Saturday evening as the K-Mets held on to down Bristol by a score of 7-6 behind seven multi-hit days offensive for the Mets at Boyce Cox Field.
Seven of the nine players in the Kingsport (28-32) recorded multiple hits on the day while four differet players drove in at least a run. Bristol (14-45) fell to the K-Mets for the sixth time this season and are now 4-24 at home.
