2019 will be Jason's 19th season with the Jackson Generals and second as the team's President. The Huntingdon, TN native was an intern with the Diamond Jaxx during the 2000 Southern League Championship season and was hired full time in July of 2001. He has worked in many different positions within the organization. He was Director of Ticketing and Merchandise, Director of Group Sales, Assistant General Manager from 2008 to 2011, General Manager in January of 2012, and then ultimately President in October of 2017. Jason will resume General Manager duties in addition to his role as team president in 2019.
Jason graduated from Huntingdon High School in 1997, and then went on to receive a bachelor's degree in Sport Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2001. When Jason is not at The Ballpark, he is found cheering for his beloved Tennessee Vols or the St. Louis Cardinals. Jason and his wife, Autumn, live in Jackson with their son, Carter Neyland and daughter Chloe.
Charles will enter his eighth season working in finance for the Generals in 2019. He grew up in nearby Friendship, Tennessee, and graduated from Union University. Charles has worked in accounting for over 30 years. He is a lifelong fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, and he could not be happier to come and work at The Ballpark every single day.
Charles and his wife, Debbie, live in Jackson. They have three children, Brad, Melissa and Brian, and two grandchildren, Noah and Virginia.

Marcus was promoted into the Assistant General Manager role ahead of the 2019 season. As a lifelong baseball fan, Marcus was pleased to join The Jackson Generals ahead of the 2018 season. Marcus grew up in Southwest Kansas where he graduated from Garden City High School. After high school, he majored in Political Science at Garden City Community College. Marcus has been around the game for 41 years and in that time, he has served as a coach on numerous levels of baseball, including Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, American Legion and high school as an assistant coach at Garden City High School. Prior to joining The Generals, Marcus served as the General Manager for The Garden City Wind of The Pecos League of Independent Baseball. Marcus is married to his beautiful wife Tammie and they have five children: Preston, Ryan, Brytnee, Justin and Jarret. Marcus is happy to call Jackson home and he looks forward to many exciting nights at The Ballpark at Jackson. Go Generals!!!!

Tory enters his fourth season with the Jackson Generals in 2019. After working two seasons as the Box Office/Merchandise Manager, he moves into a Sales Manager role for 2019. Tory was a full-time assistant in 2016 when he was brought on full-time in the 2017 offseason. The Decatur, Illinois native graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Robert Morris University, Springfield. During his time at RMU, he interned with the local Habitat for Humanity.
He played three years of baseball, where he was a part of a fourth place national finish in 2011 and a seventh place finish in 2013. He was also a member of the soccer team for four years. When not at the park, Tory enjoys playing golf, playing soccer with his black lab, rooting his favorite sports team which include the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins, University of Illinois, University of Alabama Crimson Tide Football beat Tennessee "Roll Tide", and traveling to MLB parks.

Mark Cunningham will be making his Generals debut as a Premium Sales Consultant in 2018, after celery-brating four seasons in Delaware with the Wilmington Blue Rocks -- the Advanced-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. The Leesburg, VA native studied Sport Management at OHIO and Neumann University, where he hosted a campus-renowned sports talk radio show and had a successful career on the intramural ping pong circuit.
Away from the ballyard, he enjoys following the PGA TOUR. "I Don't Want This Night to End" is not only how Cunningham feels after each and every Generals home game, but is also the name of the Luke Bryan song he would choose as his walk-up music. Cunningham currently resides in Jackson -- Tennessee marks his 7th state.

Ian is in his 1st season with the Jackson Generals as the Manager of Ticket Operations/Sales Executive. Ian spent the 2018 season working with the Florida Fire Frogs the single A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. The Frankfort, KY native attended Morehead State University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management.
When not at the ball park, Ian enjoys hanging out with friends and family, rooting for his favorite sports teams which include the University of Kentucky Wildcats, Washington Redskins, and the New Orleans Pelicans.

Robert enters his third season with the Generals in 2019, and his second in charge of Promotions and Production. His responsibilities include planning for in-game promotions, other in-game entertainment, community relations and certain sales aspects.He is excited to bring an outside perspective to the team having worked in the world of hockey for years.
Robert got his undergraduate degree in sport management at Western Kentucky University and graduate degree in sport management at Liberty University. Robert comes to the Generals after working at Liberty University. He grew up overseas for eleven years in a nation called Latvia. His hometown is Nashville.

After interning in 2017, Tyler Springs will handle solo play-by-play broadcasting and media relations duties for his second season in Jackson. The Baltimore, Maryland native came to the Generals from Sports 56 WHBQ in Memphis, Tennessee, where he served as a producer, board operator, and update anchor on local radio. Springs studied English at Rhodes College and has called games for the Rhodes Lynx football and men's and women's basketball teams since the fall of 2013. He has also interned in media relations for the NBA's Memphis Grizzlies and broadcasted a variety of sports for the Southwestern Athletic Conference, the University of Memphis, the University of Mississippi, and others.
Beyond The Ballpark at Jackson, Springs enjoys stand-up comedy and plays a weird sport called squash. His baseball novel of choice is "The Art of Fielding" by Chad Harbach. He has twice tried out for "Jeopardy!" and come nowhere close to being a contestant.

Jeremy is in his fourth season as the Manager for Catering and Concessions with the Generals. He has been in restaurants for the past 20 years, working every position from server to General Manager.
Although born in Virginia, Jeremy has lived with his family in Jackson since he was 4 years old. He is a proud graduate of Jackson Central-Merry high school and went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin..
When not at The Ballpark, Jeremy can be found spending time with his wife Alison and their 3 children: Ava, 9, Jack, 6, and Maddux, 4. He is an avid fan of the Duke Blue Devils and Atlanta Braves, and he enjoys coaching his children's soccer teams.

Matt enters his second season with the Generals in 2019.
