Selected in the 5th round of the 2020 MLB Draft by the Chicago White Sox out of Auburn University... signed with the White Sox on June 26, 2020... named a Rising Star in the Arizona Fall League with Mesa in 2022... spent two seasons (2019-2020) at Auburn... was enrolled in the College of Business at Auburn... pitched at McLennan Community College for coach Mitch Thompson, where he posted a 7-0 record with a 3.86 ERA and struck out 77 batters in 77 IP his freshman season... was named All-Region V and was tabbed a top 75 junior college prospect by Perfect Game while at McLennan... pitched at West (Texas) High School for coach Cory Beckham where he went 13-0 with a 1.34 ERA and struck out 120 batters as a junior; followed that with a 13-3 record and 1.30 ERA as a senior... led his high school team to back-to-back 3A State Championships and was named the Tournament MVP on both occasions... was named a two-time Texas Sports Writers Association Class 3A Player of the Year and First-Team All-State honoree in high school... son of Jeffrey and Christine Horn; has two siblings, Jace and Jordan... grew up in Waco, Texas
