Was selected to the 2018 SEC All-Tournament Team... prior to LSU, he attended Lake Mary High School and was a 2016 Perfect Game All-American... recorded a 0.74 ERA in 11 starts during his senior season with 79 strikeouts in 57 innings with three complete games... parents are Hans and Cindi Peterson; his dad is in computer engineering, his mom works in case management for Florida hospitals... dad played basketball at the University of South Florida... has two younger brothers, Chad and Cade.
