Fun Promotions on tap for first Mariners Home Stand

The Pulaski Mariners return to Calfee Park for a six-game home stand beginning this Sunday, June 23rd, at 7:00 p.m. The Mariners will host the Bluefield Blue Jays and Danville Braves in two three-game series. Exciting promotions are in store for the upcoming week.

 

Sunday, June 23: The Mariners are proud to have added an exciting feature to the promotions list for the 2013 season in the McDonald's Kids Club. Every Sunday home game this season will be dedicated to young Mariners in training. The McDonald's Kid's Club will be for kids 12 years old and younger! Contact the Mariners Front Office for information on how you can be a part of the McDonald's Kid's Club. Each kid that joins the McDonald's Kids Club receives the following:

  • Admission to all five Sunday home games during the 2013 season
  • Food and a Drink for each of the Sunday McDonald's Kids Club games
  • A Membership Card
  • Access to McDonald's Kids Club events such as player autograph sessions and a guided tour of Historic Calfee Park
  • McDonald's Kids Club T-Shirt
  • Receive 10% off merchandise
  • Discounted tickets to non-McDonald's Kid's Club games
  • And much more...

Monday, June 24: This Monday, a fan and seven of their friends will have the opportunity to win the "Bud Box" and the chance to throw out the first pitch courtesy of Budweiser and Cumulus Media. Tune in to WPSK with Scott Stevens and 105.3 the Bear with Drez throughout the season for information on how you can win VIP treatment to a Mariners home game. Also, be on the lookout for the PSK Truck and the Bear Van at Historic Calfee Park for the chance to receive some cool prizes.

Tuesday, June 25: Tuesday night will be the first of four home Tuesday games where Pulaski Elk Lodge #1067 has a giveaway. Tuesday night's giveaway will be Pulaski Mariners Quickstick Schedules - made from the same material as a Fathead.

Wednesday, June 26: The Mariners will be honoring our past and present servicemen and women on Military Appreciation Night. The night will honor those who currently serve or have served in the U.S. military. Active, reserve, or retired service members and their immediate families will receive a meal and free admission into Historic Calfee Park that night, but must contact the Military Family Support Center to RSVP. Also, fans that bring a non-perishable food item/beverage to the gates will receive $1 off of their admission to the game. All items will be donated to the Military Family Support Center food pantry.

Thursday, June 27: New to Historic Calfee Park this season will be the featured Thursday night promotion "Taste the Local." This Thursday marks the first of six Thursday night home games where fans can "Taste the Local." Come out to the ballpark and meet local brewer Starr Hill, one of the best local Virginia breweries.

Friday, June 28: The Pulaski Community Partners Coalition will be having fun activities throughout the game, including sumo wrestling, face painting, and more.

 

Tickets can be purchased in person at Historic Calfee Park or over the phone at (540) 980-1070. Normal Ticket Office Hours are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
