Dust Devils Extend Partnership with the
San Diego Padres
The Tri-City Dust Devils and San Diego Padres are pleased to announce the extension of their player development contract through the 2020 season, ensuring the Dust Devils will remain a Padres affiliate for at least the next two seasons.
The Dust Devils began their affiliation with the Padres in 2015, a season that saw Tri-City win a Northwest League Northern Division Championship after completing a 42-34 regular season. The Dust Devils have also seen a total of nine former players since the 2015 season reach the Major Leagues with the San Diego Padres.
"The Padres have been a fantastic partner for the Dust Devils, on and off the field," stated Dust Devils President Brent Miles. "They have generously supported our local community with generous donations to the Pasco Little League, YMCA, and the Union Gospel Mission to name a few".
Dust Devils Vice President-General Manager Derrel Ebert added, "We are thrilled to extend our partnership with the Padres. They have been a first class organization throughout our partnership and we look forward to many more successful years together."
"The Padres are excited to continue our partnership with the Tri-City Dust Devils," stated San Diego Padres Director of Player Development Sam Geaney. The Dust Devils organization and the Tri-City region offer many of our top prospects a chance to get their first exposure to professional baseball."
Dust Devils ticket packages start at $56 and are available by contacting the Dust Devils front office at (509) 544-8789, by visiting dustdevilsbaseball.com.
