Logan Wiens hit a one-out single in the eleventh and advanced to second on an error by Everett rightfielder Kalian Sams. Loupadiere entered as a pinch-runner for Wiens and advanced to third on a wild pitch by Nick Hill, setting the stage for Banda's heroic bunt.
The Dust Devils scored their first run in the bottom of the seventh to tie the game at one on a Johnny Bowden home run. Everett's lone run also came on a solo home run, off the bat of Gregory Halman in the first.
Dust Devils pitchers scattered nine hits on the night. Starter Bruce Billings pitched five solid innings, giving up three hits and striking out six. Agustin Arias (1-0) earned the win after pitching the eleventh. Hill (0-1) took the loss for Everett.
The Dust Devils begin a three game series with Spokane Friday night.
