Logan Landon Named TL Hitter of the Week

Tulsa Drillers outfielder Logan Landon has enjoyed a hot start to the 2019 season, placing among the team leaders in nearly every offensive category. Landon has been recognized for his quick start by being named the Texas League Hitter of the Week. He becomes the first Tulsa player to be honored this season.
 
For the week of games running from April 15-21, Landon hit .375 with four extra-base hits while also picking up six runs batted in.   The Lansing, Michigan native opened the season by hitting safely in 10 straight games for the Drillers.

Northwest Arkansas right-hander Ofreidy Gomez was named the Texas League Pitcher of the Week.
