The Williamsport Crosscutters are owned by Cutting Edge Baseball LLC, a division of Trinity Sports Holdings, named the Organization of the Year by Ballpark Digest in 2017. Trinity is headed by Peter Freund, who owns and operates several professional sports teams and venues throughout North America and Europe. In addition to the Crosscutters, the company portfolio includes interests in Major League Baseball's NY Yankees and Minor League Baseball's Memphis Redbirds & Charleston RiverDogs. Trinity also owns and operates the newly formed Memphis 901 FC playing in the United Soccer League and Dagenham & Redbridge FC located in East London, part of England's National League.

Peter B. Freund is the Principal Owner of Trinity Sports Holdings, a portfolio company which owns and operates professional sports teams and venues throughout North America and Europe. Trinity Sports Holdings' portfolio includes interests in Major League Baseball’s New York Yankees and Minor League Baseball’s Memphis Redbirds, Scranton Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, Charleston RiverDogs and Williamsport Crosscutters. Trinity Sports Holdings also owns and operates two professional soccer teams; Dagenham & Redbridge Football Club in East London, England and Memphis 901 Football Club in downtown Memphis, TN. Trinity Sports Holdings was named Ballpark Digest’s Sports Organization of the Year in 2017.
In 2020, Peter joined the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball to help guide the transition of MLB’s licensed affiliates and spearhead the formation and launch of the MLB Draft League, debuting in 2021. While continuing to work at MLB, Peter remains Executive Chairman of Dagenham & Redbridge F.C. and also serves on MLB’s Player Development Leagues Governance Committee. Further, he is the President of the Redbirds Community Fund, an organization which supports numerous community outreach initiatives in Memphis.
Peter graduated from the Horace Mann School in Riverdale, N.Y., and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. Peter also serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Rippowam Cisqua School, a coeducational independent day school for grades pre-kindergarten through nine in Bedford, N.Y., which he attended.

A Williamsport native, Alex went to Loyalsock Township High School and attended Frostburg State University. He lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida with his wife, Jena and their three children: JT, Penn, and Vivian.

A Massachusetts native, David is an ardent baseball fan. He is a graduate of Lake Forest College and has a Master's in Public Affairs from the John McCormack Institute at the University of Massachusetts at Boston. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Lake Forest College and is a member of the Medford High School Athletic Hall of Fame. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, Ann, and their two sons.
John began his career at Trinity Packaging in 1987 and is currently responsible for all North American sales. As Executive Vice President, John has grown Trinity's Lawn & Garden division exponentially with an emphasis on form fill & seal technology and process printing. Today, Trinity Packaging is the largest manufacturer of centerfold rollstock in the world and the industry leader in energy cured UV printing.
John graduated with a B.A. from Hofstra University in 1986. John and his wife Joanne reside in Westchester County, NY with their three children, Sydney, Danielle and Ben.
Doug serves as the Vice President & General Manager of the Williamsport Crosscutters. He has been a member of the New York-Penn League since 1991, having worked in Geneva, NY and re-locating with the team in the fall of 1993 to Williamsport, PA.
He was named General Manager in 1993 and Vice President/GM in 2008. Doug was named Executive of the Year in the New York-Penn League in 2004. He is a graduate of Plymouth State College with a B.S. in Physical Education, and from Northeastern University with an M.S. in Sports Management. He resides in Williamsport with his wife Susan and their two sons Ty & Trevor.
Andy is Managing Partner of the Kahn Family Office and Chairman Emeritus of Kahn Lucas Lancaster, Inc. He also serves as a senior advisor to PCS Wireless and sits on the Directors Leadership Council of the Abramson Cancer Center Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania.
Andy is an active member in the World Presidents Organization and Chief Executive Organization. He received his bachelors' degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Andy and his wife Peggy have three children, and five grandchildren, all living in New York.
Michael is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group of Ropes & Gray LLP, a global law firm with over 1000 lawyers in 11 offices throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Michael is a trial lawyer and spends most of his time representing clients in patent infringement matters spanning all areas of science and technology.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. He lives in Armonk, NY with his wife, Jamie, and two children Caroline and Matthew.
Named as one of the leading bankruptcy and restructuring attorneys in Delaware by Chambers USA, Jeffrey has over 25 years of professional experience relating to the financial industry, first as an economist and then as an attorney. He has represented the interests of all types of parties in many of the largest bankruptcy cases in the U.S. since the early 1990's including the representation of Major League Baseball in the Los Angeles Dodgers bankruptcy proceedings.
He is a member of the Mediation Panel for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and is certified as a mediator by the Delaware Superior Court.
Dan (left) serves as Co-President (with his brother Michael) of D&H Distributing located in Harrisburg, PA. D&H is a privately-held, family and employee-owned company with offices in the US and Canada, with current sales of more than $4 billion. He has worked with D&H since 1995, when he created the company's education division. Dan was named vice president of marketing in 2001 and helped the company grow by an average of 10% per year while in that role. Dan was named Co-President along with his brother Michael in 2008.
Dan is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and serves on the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation Executive Board and also the Undergraduate Executive Board for the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania Undergraduate.
Michael (right) serves as Co-President (with his brother Dan) of D&H Distributing located in Harrisburg, PA. D&H is a privately-held, family-and employee-owned company with offices in the US and Canada, with current sales of more than $4 billion. He began his D&H career in 1989 as an outside sales representative in the Philadelphia area. In 1991, he joined the corporate group in the Harrisburg headquarters as director of merchandising. In 1999, Michael was promoted to Vice-President of Purchasing where he played a crucial role in establishing relationships with major D&H partners including Microsoft, Intel, Lenovo and Cisco Systems.
Michael is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his law degree at Villanova University. Michael currently serves on the University of Maryland's Foundation Board of Trustees as well as their Dingman Entrepreneurship Center Board of Advisors.
Amy is recently retired from her position as a General Manager at AT&T. She currently serves as CEO of Data Solutions Central, a certified women-owned business selling technology products to re-sellers that require minority sourcing in support of public sector entities.
Amy earned her BS in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and her MBA at The Wharton School in 1988.
