PREVIEW:
After a wild 16-inning Wings win Friday in Lehigh Valley with the teams using a combined 11 pitchers throwing 466 pitches, the Wings and IronPigs meet again Saturday night. Both Saturday starters will have high expectations placed on them after the late night Friday contest. Right-hander Tyler Duffey (3-4, 2.82 ERA) has won his last three outings, and has not allowed an earned run in any of those starts. Lehigh Valley's Aaron Nola will make his fourth start after a promotion from Double-A; Nola is 3-0 with a 1.53 ERA in Triple-A, after posting a 7-3 record and 1.88 ERA at Double-A.
Player to Watch: IronPigs
Chase d'Arnaud is batting .361 with 6 RBI in eight games against the Wings this season...Nola has struck out 18 batters in 17 2/3 innings with Lehigh Valley, after racking up 59 strikeouts in 76 2/3 innings at Double-A. Nola hasn't lost a start since May 25 with Reading.

Wings C Eric Fryer has been named to Team USA for the Pan-Am Games in Toronto July 10-19 and will report to Team USA camp this weekend...OF Aaron Hicks has been recalled by the Twins...RHP Alex Meyer has been optioned to the Wings from Minnesota, with RHP Ervin Santana reinstated by the Twins on Saturday.

OF Oswaldo Arcia is batting .471 (8-17) with 2 HR and 5 RBI in his last four games, and batting .359 in 17 games at Frontier Field... Despite a 1-for-6 night Friday, OF Danny Ortiz is hitting .313 with a homer and 4 RBI against the IronPigs this season.

Double-A Chattanooga lost a doubleheader Friday night, 3-1 and 6-1 to Birmingham. SS Jorge Polanco went a combined 4-for-8 in the twinbill...Class A Ft. Myers lost to Palm Beach 4-3 in 10 innings. Penfield's Jason Kanzler went 2-for-5 with a double, homer and 3 RBI for the Miracle.
