PREVIEW:

LHP Andrew Albers will make his 11th start of the season for Rochester. He is 6-1 with a 3.36 ERA, with 42 strikeouts on the year to just 14 walks. He earned the victory in his last start in Columbus, allowing five hits and two runs, both on home runs, and striking out six in seven innings of work. He faced Louisville on the road on June 3, pitching seven shutout frames, scattering five hits and registering six strikeouts in his fourth win of the season. Albers will face Louisville right-hander Jon Moscot, who is making his eighth start for the Bats. Moscot is 3-3 with a 5.73 ERA on the AAA level after making five starts in Cincinnati, where he lost all three of his decisions. He also made a start in Daytona with the Tortugas on April 7, pitching 3.2 innings and allowing five hits, with one strikeout. Moscot earned the win at Buffalo in his last start on May 20, going 6.2 innings and allowing just one run on seven hits.

Class-A Advanced Ft. Myers earned a 5-1 victory over Jupiter on Friday night to improve to 35-36 on the season. INF Niko Goodrum was 4-for-5 with three doubles, two runs scored, a run batted in and a stolen base. Starting pitcher Felix Jorge allowed just one run and five hits in six innings, striking out three and improving his record to 7-3.
