Advance Ticket Sales

Tickets are available for IronBirds games in advance by calling us at (410) 297-9292 or visiting www.ironbirdsbaseball.com. Season Tickets and Group Tickets are available throughout the season and off-season; individual tickets for specific games go on sale approximately one month prior to Opening Day, and can be purchased online or over the phone.

Alcohol Management

Maryland law provides that you must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer may be asked to present valid identification at the time of purchase. The Aberdeen IronBirds reserve the right to refuse service to any fan. Please drink responsibly. If you find yourself in need of transportation service, please go to the Fan Assistance booth so that alternate transportation can be arranged. Alcohol sales will cease with the first pitch of the top of the eighth (8th) inning.

ATMs

Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium does not have any ATMs for cash withdrawal.

Autographs

Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 15 minutes prior to game time. The autograph areas are located on the outer sides of both the home and visiting dugouts. Guests will not be allowed to seek autographs at the dugout corners closest to home plate. Please be courteous and respectful to the players and coaches as well as guests possessing tickets in autograph areas. If you are seeking autographs in a seating section other than your own, you may be asked to proceed to your designated seating section.

Animals

Service Animals are permitted to enter Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium with their human companions and should remain on a leash during their time in the park.

Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium is an outdoor venue, and wild animals sometimes enter the park; please do not approach or touch loose animals. Please alert a staff member or fan host if you encounter an animal that may be a danger to you or others in the park.

Fan Assistance

Fan Assistance located on the main concourse at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium directly behind section 201. Should fans have any questions during an event they are welcome to visit Fan Assistance for customer service.

Players are responsible for their own mail. It is recommended that if you would like a player to respond please provide a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE). The Baltimore Orioles and Aberdeen IronBirds are not responsible for lost, unanswered or misdirected items. Players are only in Aberdeen during the playing season so please do not send mail in the off-season.

Feedback/Comments

Fans may submit comments, questions, feedback, or concerns to the IronBirds by emailing [email protected] or calling us at (410) 297-9292. The IronBirds value feedback for things we can do better or solutions to problems as they present themselves.

First Aid

If you need medical assistance, you can find help at the UMUCH First Aid station located on the concourse behind section 201, immediately to the left of the Hangar, the IronBirds' official Team Store.

Food or Beverages Are NOT Allowed

Fans are not allowed to enter Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium with food, peanuts, beverages, or other containers such as book bags, picnic baskets, coolers, water bottles or ice chests. No bottles or cans of any kind are allowed. Staff members at the front gates check every bag for prohibited items including food, beverage, water, alcohol, glass, and weapons. Fans with religious or dietary restrictions may secure special accommodations to bring commercially packaged or homemade foods (but not restaurant-cooked or fast food) into the stadium for IronBirds home games.

Foul Balls

Please be alert for foul balls and any other flying debris that may come into the seating area from the playing field. All fans are subject to the possibility of being hit by a flying object from the field. Please keep any foul ball you catch as a souvenir of your night at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Front Gates

Gates open 1 hour and 5 minutes prior to game time. Thus, for a 7:05 p.m. game, the gates will open at 6:00 p.m. Season Seat Members are permitted to enter the facility, using the marked designated entry lane, 30 minutes prior to the public. Re-entry is allowed at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. You must get your ticket scanned by a Fan Host at the main gates or the smoking gates before exiting if you plan on re-entering.

Bags

Banners/Signs

To ensure that all fans will have an unobstructed view of the ball game, the IronBirds do not permit the hanging of banners or signs anywhere in the ballpark. The IronBirds reserve the right to remove any banner or sign at any time.

Bird's Nest

The Bird's Nest is a group hospitality space located behind home plate, with entrances just inside the main gates. The Bird's Nest is available to customers to purchase with groups of 20 or more, only when purchasing at least 24 hours prior to the game, and comes with an all-inclusive food and beverage package. To learn how to purchase tickets for your group outing in the Bird's Nest, please call us at (410 297-9292, select option 1 for group tickets and an IronBirds ticket consultant will be happy to create your IronBirds experience!

Birthdays

Box Office

The IronBirds' Box Office is open on game days from 12PM (noon) until the end of the 6th inning. While the IronBirds' Box Office is not open on non-gamedays, tickets may be purchased online at www.ironbirdsbaseball.com, over the phone at (410) 297-9292, or in person by visiting the Administrative Offices next to the front gates at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Handicapped Accessibility

Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium is equipped with handicap and companion seating throughout the entire ballpark. This seating is known as Equal Access Level seating or EAL. If you need any special assistance, please contact the ticket office at 410-297-9292 so that we may accommodate your needs.

Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium has limited quantities of handicapped parking located in front of the stadium in the VIP/Handicap parking lot, as well as in the main parking lot along the tree line separating the main lot from the VIP parking lot.

Restrooms in Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium are equipped with handicap stalls for ease of use of all fans.

Camera/Video Equipment

Guests are permitted to bring cameras and video recorders into Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium for personal use. However, pictures and video may not be used to reproduce the game without the consent of the Aberdeen IronBirds and the New York Penn League and not interfere with other fans enjoyment.

Capacity

Seating Capacity for Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium for IronBirds games is approximately 5,800. Standing room only tickets are not sold for IronBirds games. Capacity for non-gameday events may increase or decrease depending on the location and activities of specific events.

Club Level

The Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium Club Level is our indoor banquet space and premium seating area on the second floor of the ballpark. On the 3rd base side of the Club Level, season seat members have access to a daily buffet (when purchased with tickets to the club level or in advance) and the High-A Bar. The 1st base side of the Club Level can be booked for groups of 50 or more in advance and includes a private buffet. Also available on the Club Level are luxury suites, which can be purchased in advance with their own buffet served in-suite! Call (410) 297-9292 for more information on our Club Level access!

Conduct

While at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium we want everyone to have a great time every time they come out to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct and may be subject to ejection from the stadium if the conduct is deemed overly offensive. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Fans observed breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the stadium and criminal prosecution. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from throwing objects onto the playing field. Fans doing so are subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Credentials

Press credentials may be obtained by members of the media affiliated with established print, radio, television or website outlets. Media members who only maintain presence or distribution through social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) will be considered for credentialing on a case by case basis. Press credentials do not grant access to the playing field or camera wells without IronBirds staff member accompaniment.

Defibrillators

In case of an emergency, defibrillators are located at the Fan Assistance booth directly behind section 201 on the main concourse.

Diaper Changing Area

Fans can find diaper changing tables in each of the 8 publicly accessible restrooms throughout Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium; additionally, the Family Restroom located inside the First Aid station located on the first base concourse immediately to the left of the Hangar, the IronBirds' official team store, has a diaper changing station and can act as a breastfeeding location as well.

Dimensions

Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium's synthetic turf playing field has dimensions of 310 feet to the right and left field foul poles and 404 feet to the center field batter's eye.

Donation Requests

Fans wishing to make a request for a donation should visit the Donation Request Guidelines page to learn more and make their request. Due to the high volume of requests made annually, the IronBirds make a donation of four (4) Upper Level tickets to one (1) IronBirds game to non-profit organizations, youth sports teams, churches, and fundraisers of other kinds.

IronKids Zone

The _IronKids Zone _is located on the 3rd baseline at the end of the concourse. Join the fun in our Ferrous & Ripcord themed inflatable bouncy houses! Kids can also test their baseball skills with our fast pitch and batting concourse games. There is a nominal fee for all attractions and tokens may be purchased directly within the area. Cash or credit cards are accepted.

Lost and Found

If you lose or find any items while at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium, please report to the Fan Assistance booth behind Section 201. Following games, fans may also call the IronBirds main office, 410-297-9292, to inquire about lost or found items.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Please treat your tickets like cash and always keep them in a safe place. In the event your tickets are stolen, please file a police report. Send us a copy of the report and we will issue replacements. The Aberdeen IronBirds cannot be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Rain Check

In the event that 5 innings are not played, except when the IronBirds are leading after 4 ½ innings, a Rain Out Policy may apply. Rain Out information will be available at ironbirdsbaseball.com or via local media and one of the following policies may apply: 1. When the canceled game is rescheduled on an open date or as part of a split (day-night) doubleheader, this Rain Check will be valid for entry to the rescheduled game only. 2. When the canceled game is rescheduled as part of a doubleheader, or if the canceled game is not rescheduled, this Rain Check may be exchanged for any future regular season game, either during the 2017 or 2018 seasons, at the value stated. Rain Check exchanges are subject to availability and service charges or differences in value are non-refundable. Rain Checks may be redeemed via mail to the Aberdeen IronBirds Ticket Office, 873 Long Drive, Aberdeen, MD 21001. Complimentary tickets may not be exchanged.For more information, please call (410) 297-9292.

Restrooms

Public restrooms are located on the concourse level behind sections 209 & 212 and are equipped to serve handicapped fans. All restrooms will come equipped with baby changing stations.

Re-Entry

Fans may re-enter the ballpark by having their hand marked by a fan host at one of the three (3) gates in the ballpark: the Main Home Plate Gate, the First Base Smoking Gate next to the Good Hops Picnic Pavilion in right field, or the 3rd Base Smoking Gate by the IronKids Zone in left field.

Will Call Window

IronBirds' will call and ticket sales windows are located directly in front of the box office on the outside of the stadium. Will call tickets will be available on the night of the game only and will call will open two (2) hours prior to the start of any home game. Persons picking up will call tickets are required to show photo identification. Picking up (or dropping off) tickets at Will Call requires a $10 fee, payable in cash or credit/debit card at the time of purchase or drop-off of tickets.

Weapons

For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are not be permitted in Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. The only exception to this is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties. The presenter of a game ticket consents to a reasonable search for weapons before entering. Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in the restriction or ejection from the ballpark. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed in such an event.

Marriott Hotels

The Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn in Aberdeen is located across the street from Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium on Long Drive. For more information about Marriott Hotels, please call them directly at (410) 272-0440. The IronBirds and Ripken Professional Baseball do not own, operate, or maintain any affiliation with the Marriott Hotels.

Merchandise

The official merchandise store of your IronBirds, The Hangar, is located directly behind Section 203, just to the left as you enter Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the stadium. See your usher for designated smoking areas outside of the ballpark. Electronic Cigarettes or "vaping" is not permitted inside Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. Fans are asked to go to designated smoking areas.

Strollers

Strollers are permitted at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium but cannot be taken into the seating bowl. There is not storage available for strollers.

National Anthem

For information on performing the National Anthem at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium please call the stadium offices at 410-297-9292.

Noisemakers

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, noisemakers of any type (e.g., air horns, cowbells, etc.), with the exception of Cal Bells, are prohibited at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Non-Gameday Events

Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium is capable of hosting a variety of events outside of professional baseball. Weddings, festivals, expos, charity events, private parties and more. Tailgating

Tailgating is not permitted at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium.

Ticket Policy for Children

Everyone at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium must have a ticket for entry into the park. Children three (3) years of age or younger will be admitted without a ticket, provided they sit on a guests lap and do not occupy their own seat.

Trespassing on the Field

Anyone trespassing on the playing field will be ejected and subject to arrest and prosecution in accordance with local city and county law.

Parking

Parking is FREE at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium during all Aberdeen IronBirds games.

Party Deck

The Plaza Ford Party Deck is sections 302, 304, 306 & 308 on the seating schematic and is available for group outings along the 3rd base line at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium. To purchase tickets in the Party Deck, please call us at (410) 297-9292!

Peddling or Vending

All peddling or vending is prohibited in Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium without the express permission of the Aberdeen IronBirds. Good Hops Beer Picnic Pavilion (Section 301U & 301L)

Good Hops Beer Lounge is located on the first base line just passed section 209. This area can accommodate groups as large as 250 or is available for single game Crab Feast. Umbrellas

Umbrellas are permitted at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium provided they do not interfere with other fan's view and enjoyment of the game. The IronBirds reserve the right to restrict or confiscate umbrellas if being used improperly.
