The IronBirds are introducing Auto-Renewal beginning in 2022 as a new, convenient means of renewing your tickets. Like other services you are probably used to (Netflix, cable, phone bill, and more), auto-renewal allows you to “set it and forget it” in terms of paying for your tickets. If you elect to start auto-renewal for your seats, each year (around July) the IronBirds will send you an email about renewing your tickets for the following season. For example, in July of 2022, you will receive notice of any changes to the pricing for tickets (or if your tickets will remain the same price), and when the IronBirds will begin processing partial payments on your credit card on file for the tickets for the following season. You will always have at least 2 weeks from the time we send out the email before we start charging your card, in order to tell us to “turn off” auto-renewal, in case for some reason you no longer want your tickets.

Convenience is the number one reason that IronBirds fans should choose to go into auto-renewal. No more cutting multiple checks and no more phone calls for monthly credit card payments. Just the same great IronBirds baseball in the seats you are used to, and we will handle all the work on our end!

We want our fans’ lives to be as easy as possible. With 3,000 season seats out there, it is very difficult for our small staff to contact everyone effectively, and we don’t want anyone to miss out on renewing. By you allowing us to renew you automatically, it takes the guesswork out, and USPS can’t lose your renewal sheet!

Two weeks after we send out the auto-renewal notification email, we will begin to charge your card on file for your tickets. The payments will be broken up evenly into nine equal payments (July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, and March) to pay down your tickets before the season starts. For the 2021-2022 off-season only, you will be charged an equal amount for every month between the date you renew and March. So if you renew in October, it will be 6 equal payments. If you renew in December, it will be 4 equal payments. If at any time, you want to stop being charged for your tickets, just let us know. For more details on cancellation, see below.

If you decide you don’t want to renew for the following season, tell us any time. If we notify you of the following year’s ticket price, and you decide you don’t want to auto-renew, just let us know and we will not bill you. Your seats will become available to the next IronBirds fan who is interested in them for the following season to enjoy, and you can decide if you’d like to move to different seats, a different package, or just attend games as you see fit!

If charges start for auto-renewal, and you decide you want to stop, you can do so by calling us at (410) 297-9292, or visiting Ripken Stadium. You can stop any time. Any payments made up to that point will be applicable for the equivalent value of tickets, merchandise, concessions, or other offerings here with the IronBirds!
