REDINGTON SHORES, Fla. - The Appalachian League today announced its 2019 schedule, which will begin on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 with Opening Night for all ten teams in the Advanced Rookie League.

REDINGTON SHORES, Fla. - The Appalachian League today announced its 2019 schedule, which will begin on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 with Opening Night for all ten teams in the Advanced Rookie League.

The 68-game regular season will run through August 28, 2019, with each team having four off days during the summer. The 2019 Appalachian League playoffs are scheduled to begin on August 30, 2019.
Bristol, Danville, Greeneville, Elizabethton, and Johnson City all open the 2019 campaign at home on Tuesday, June 18. Kingsport will open its home schedule on Thursday, June 20, while Princeton and Pulaski will host their home openers on Friday, June 21. After beginning the season on six-game road trips, Burlington will host its first home contest on Monday, June 24 and Bluefield will open its home slate on Tuesday, June 25.

Princeton Rays at Danville Braves
Bluefield Blue Jays at Elizabethton Twins

The Appalachian League is a Rookie (Advance) league in Minor League Baseball that consists of 10 teams across North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
