Baysox Reinforce Front Office with Five New Hires

Justin Corsa – Stadium Operations Manager
Gianni Cugini – Ticket Operations Assistant
Christian Robinson – Ticket Operations Assistant
Matt Sabados – Public Relations Coordinator and Lead Broadcaster
Kyle Scott – Video Production Coordinator
Corsa is a native of York, Pennsylvania, and earned his degree in Sports Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Well versed in stadium and event management, Corsa most recently worked with BEST Crowd Management, coordinating all staffing with athletic events held at Penn State University. Justin is just as familiar with baseball, after spending time with both the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (Then-High-A, CHC) and his hometown York Revolution.
Cugini brings local roots and New England experience to the Baysox, having spent time recently with the New England Revolution in Major League Soccer, as well as the Massachusetts Pirates of the Indoor Football League. He is a graduate of Dean College in Massachusetts, where he earned his degree in Sports Management. The Upper Marlboro native played lacrosse at Dean College, and is an avid sneakerhead.
Robinson is a recent graduate of Lincoln University of Pennsylvania, having earned his degree in Mass Communications. While at Lincoln University, Robinson interned with the Black Automotive Media Group and Audi of America, dubbed, “The Driving Force” and showcased his work in communications around the automotive industry. A member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Robinson hails from Washington D.C.
Sabados is no stranger to the Double-A Northeast. The new Voice of the Baysox spent the 2021 season working with the Erie SeaWolves, calling games and assisting in communications and content for the Detroit Tigers affiliate. Matt also made stops in the Minors with the Fayetteville Woodpeckers (Then-High-A, HOU) and the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (Triple-A, PHI). Sabados earned his degree in Mass Communications from Lindenwood University in his hometown of St. Louis.
Scott is a welcome return to the Baysox front office after working seasonally with the team’s video production efforts in 2021. Raised in Bowie, Scott earned his degree in Film from Full Sail University in 2017, and has done plenty of video work for music, film, and reality television. When not at the ballpark, Kyle enjoys scriptwriting and playing video games.

The Bowie Baysox are the Double-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles and play in the Double-A Northeast. The team plays their home games at Prince George’s Stadium in Bowie, Maryland. The 2022 home season begins on Friday, April 8 at 7:05p against the Richmond Flying Squirrels, the Double-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants.
