Mobile Ticket Management

Your My Clippers Ticket Account Manager is a simple and secure way to manage your account. You can:

  • VIEW tickets on your smartphone
  • TRANSFER tickets to other people
  • SELL your tickets through Clippers Ticket Exchange
  • PAY invoices
  • UPDATE your account information
  • BUY tickets to other events.

My Clippers Ticket Account Manager is not the same as your account on Ticketmaster.com. Your tickets are linked to the email you have on file with the Clippers.

Walk-up tickets purchased at the Center or Right Field Box Office will not be available in My Clippers Ticket Account Manager.

To access My Clippers Ticket Account Manager visit: https://am.ticketmaster.com/columbusclippers/ on your smartphone or desktop web browser.

To VIEW Tickets:

1. Log in on your mobile device.

2. Select Manage Tickets.

3. Select the event

4. Tap on your seat(s) listing to view barcode.

5. Add to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

  6. At the gate, have your phone out and the QR code ready to scan.

We recommend adding your tickets to your phone’s wallet in case WiFi is slow. Screenshots are not valid for entry.

To TRANSFER tickets:

1. Log in on your mobile device.

2. Select Manage Tickets.

3. Select the event

4. Select on the event(s) you wish to transfer, then tap MORE.

5. Select TRANSFER.

6. Select the specific seats you would like to transfer then tap CONTINUE at the bottom of the screen.

7. Enter your recipient’s information then select TRANSFER. Tickets have now been transferred.

  1. Log in on your mobile device.
  2. Select Manage Tickets.
  3. Select the event.
  4. Select on the event(s) you wish to transfer, then tap MORE.
  5. Select TRANSFER.
  6. Select the specific seats you would like to transfer then tap CONTINUE at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Enter your recipient’s information then select TRANSFER. Tickets have now been transferred.
  8. Transfers can be cancelled as long as they have not been accepted by the recipient.

Once the tickets have been accepted, the physical tickets are no longer valid and you will not be able to get into the event with those tickets.

To ACCEPT mobile tickets:

  1. Click on the link in the email.
  2. If you currently have a My Clippers Ticket Account, sign in with your email address and password. This must be the same email address as the tickets were sent to. If you do not have a My Clippers Ticket Account associated with that email, click “Create Account”.
  3. After you sign in, click Accept.
  4. Finish the transfer process and View Tickets for the QR code to scan at the gate or save to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

To SELL tickets:

1. Log in on your mobile device.

2. Select Manage Tickets.

3. Select MORE.

3. Select MORE.

4. Select SELL.

5. Select the specific seats you would like to list for sale.

6. Enter your asking price and follow the prompts for payout information. Seller credit will not be issued.

7. Confirm and post your tickets.

  4. Select SELL.

Digital Ticketing Tips

Before arriving at Huntington Park:

  • Access your tickets through My Clippers Ticket Account Manager or the Ticketmaster app.
  • Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay before your arrival in case of slow WiFi or low battery.
  • Have your phone out, screen brightness high and tickets open, ready to be scanned, upon arrival at the gate.
  • Multiple tickets can be on a single phone. Simply swipe through your tickets for that event for all members of your party that are present. If guests are arriving separately, we recommend sending each individual their own ticket.
  • Cover the barcodes and do not post pictures of barcodes on social media.
  • Only buy tickets from authorized sources:
  1. Clippers Ticket Office or Box Office
  2. Clippersbaseball.com
  3. Ticketmaster
  4. Clippers Ticket Exchange: The official resale marketplace for Clippers tickets and the only 100% verified source resale source.
  • Tickets purchased from other resale marketplaces are not verified and are not guaranteed as valid for entry.
  • Tickets purchased from third-party brokers assume the risk that tickets are counterfeit or have invalid barcodes. Invalid barcodes will be denied entry to Huntington Park.
  • Print-at-Home tickets have been disabled. To increase convenience and protect against fraud, the Clippers have eliminated Print-at-Home PDF style tickets. Mobile entry is the best method for quick delivery and entry to Huntington Park events.

If you experience any issues accessing your tickets or adding your tickets to your phone, please visit the nearest Box Office at either the Right Field or Center Field Entrances. Printed tickets will be issued with valid photo ID for the name on the ticket account.

If you have any questions, please contact a Clippers Ticket Representative at 614-462-5250. Ticket reps are available Monday through Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM during non-game days. For weekday and weekend games, a representative will be available until two hours after the scheduled start time of the game.
