Do babies/kids need a ticket for a TinCaps Game at Parkview Field?
All who are 2 years of age and older need a purchased ticket to attend a TinCaps game at Parkview Field.
What are the Parkview Field Ticket Office hours?
* Game Day Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. through the conclusion of the game
Saturday-Sunday:10 a.m. through the conclusion of the game
* Non-Game Day Hours:
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday-Sunday: Closed
* The North Ticket Office on West Jefferson Blvd. (across from the Grand Wayne Center) is only open on Game Days beginning 90 minutes before the game until 60 minutes after the start of the game.
What is Parkview Field's rainout policy?
In the event that the regulation game is not officially played, your ticket stub may be redeemed for any remaining Regular Season game. The stub must be exchanged at the Parkview Field Ticket Office for an equal or lesser value ticket, with the ability to upgrade, based upon availability. No full or partial cash refunds.
When do gates open at Parkview Field?
* Fireworks Games: 90 Minutes before first pitch
* Non-Fireworks Games: 60 Minutes before first pitch

Also note: ADA parking is located in our Diamond Lot, which can be accessed from Brackenridge Street (first-base side of Parkview Field). Parking in this area is on a first-come, first-served basis.
