Step 1: From www.tincaps.com/tickets or under Tickets and Promotions, select Ticket Account Login.
Step 2: At the Sign In page, click on Sign Up to create an MLB account (if you do not already have one) to login to your ticket account.
Step 3: Once registered, you will need to verify your email and phone number for security protection.
Step 4: Your account has been created. You may use this account on our website or through the MiLB App to order or retrieve tickets.
Note: If you encounter an error showing an account already exists with the email you use, use the Forgot Password Option to reset your password and get access to your ticket account.
STEP 1: Go to TinCaps.com/tickets and select the date you’d like to attend.
STEP 2: Select how many tickets you'd like, and select “OK.”
STEP 3: Use the seating map to select your desired section.
STEP 4: Choose your seats and select the black bar at the bottom to review your selection.
STEP 5: Review your seat selection and “Continue.”
STEP 6: If this is your first time purchasing tickets, click the SIGN UP button, or log in with your existing account.
STEP 7: Confirm the date and number of tickets in your cart are correct. Select your delivery method, enter your payment information, and select PLACE ORDER... Note: If you selected “”Tickets @ Home” as your delivery, tickets will immediately be accessible from your account and you will receive an email confirmation.
STEP 1: Visit TinCaps.com.
STEP 2: Tap the three bars in the top left corner and select “Tickets & Promotions” from the menu.
STEP 3: Select “Ticket Account Login.”
STEP 4: Enter the email address and password associated with your TinCaps ticket account.
STEP 5: Once logged into your account, tap View Tickets to view your tickets for your event date or next game date. Tap View All Ticket Inventory to view tickets for all future dates.
STEP 6: After selecting the date of the event date or game date you're attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.
STEP 7: After selecting specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate. Tap Next Ticket to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have. You may also add the tickets to your Apple or Google wallet on this screen for easy access.

STEP 1: Visit TinCaps.com and select "Ticket Account Login" from the "Tickets & Promotions" menu at the top.
STEP 2: Enter the email address and password associated with your TinCaps
STEP 3: Once logged into your account, select "Exchange" from the menu on the left
STEP 4: Select the game you'd like to exchange.
STEP 5: Select the seat(s) you'd like to exchange. Click "Continue" at the bottom.
STEP 6: Review the seat(s) you're exchanging and "Find Eligible Events" to select your new game.
STEP 7: Review the seat(s) you're exchanging and "Find Eligible Events" to select your new game.
STEP 8: Use the seat map to select your new seat(s)
STEP 9: Confirm the date and number of tickets in your cart are correct. Enter payment information and select "Place Order." (There's a $1 per ticket fee to exchange online.)
