Now Hiring: Food & Beverage Staff

The TinCaps are looking to hire both full-time and seasonal employees to add to the organization's award-winning Food & Beverage Department at Parkview Field. If you're interested in working at Minor League Baseball's top-rated ballpark, then see the job descriptions below.

 

• VIP Service Manager - Full-time with emphasis on excellent customer service to upscale clients. Must also have the ability to implement operational controls overseeing the Suite Level and all related food, beverage and alcohol service for the 16 Luxury Suites, Club Seats, Suite Level Lounge, and J. Chapman's Suite Level Loft pres. by French Lick Resort. This requires the execution of group parties in the Ortho NorthEast TreeTops, XFINITY Home Run Porch, Tuthill 400 Club, The Summit, pres. by Tuthill, three Concourse Suites and two Picnic Areas encompassing approximately up to 2,500 people per game. Possibly an entry level position.

 

• Bar Service Manager - Seasonal full-time position responsible for hiring, staffing, training, scheduling and executing alcohol service to public and private bars and beer stands throughout Parkview Field. Position starts in January / February and runs through September / October.

 

• Concessions Event Managers - Hourly seasonal position responsible for overseeing portable carts and permanent concession stands, complete operations, including opening and closing procedures, sanitation guidelines and cost control as well as cash accountability.

 

• Commissary Manager - Seasonal full-time position with the responsibilities of ordering, receiving and distributing food and beverage items to four permanent concession stands, four public bars, seven portable beer stands and 17 portable concession carts or areas. Need self-starter who will hire, train and supervise own support staff as well as physical monthly inventory responsibility.
