Accessing your tickets online

Signing in to my tickets account for the first time

  1. Go to www.66ers.com/tickets/season-memberships

  2. Click “Member Log In”

  3. Click “Sign Up”

  4. Enter the required information using the email address on file with your Season Ticket Account

  5. This will link your online account with the account we have already created for you in the box office

Signing in to my tickets account (returning users)

  1. Go to www.66ers.com/tickets/season-memberships
  2. Click “Member Log In”
  3. Enter your credentials and sign in
  4. If you forget your password, click “Reset Password” and you will be emailed a link to reset your password

Forwarding tickets

  1. Sign in to your MyTickets Account
  2. On the left hand side under “My Tickets” click “Forward”
  3. Select the game you would like to forward to someone else
  4. Select the seats you would like to forward and click “Choose Friend”
  5. If you have already forwarded tickets in the past to this friend, their name will appear on a list for you to select. If this is your first time sending tickets to this friend, click “Add Friend” and fill out the required information.
  6. Click “Forward Tickets” to send the tickets to your friend or click “Add More Tickets” to select additional game/s to send to this friend

Exchanging a ticket

*$1 Fee Per Ticket Exchanged Online

  1. Sign in to your Provenue Account

  2. On the left hand side under “My Tickets” click “Exchange”

  3. Select the game you would like to exchange

  4. Select the seats within that game you would like to exchange

  5. Select the new game you would like

  6. Select your seats for the new game and finish the transaction by paying the exchange fee

*Please note, online exchanges are only good for future games, if you would
like to exchange unused tickets for a game that has already passed please contact your ticket rep or do so at the box office.
