Knoxville Smokies Rain Policy
At the Knoxville Smokies, the comfort and experience of our guests is a top priority. In the event of inclement weather, please review the policies below for ticket usage and exchanges.
Single Game Tickets
- If fewer than 4½ innings are played, tickets may be exchanged at the Covenant Health Park Box Office for an available ticket to a similar game, based on availability.
Sunday–Thursday rainouts may be exchanged for another Sunday–Thursday home game.
Friday or Saturday rainouts may be exchanged for any regular season home game, based on availability.

If a game is postponed due to the weather, an announcement will be posted as soon as possible. We ask for your patience and encourage you to check our official communication channels before traveling to the ballpark.
If there is no announcement of a postponement, every effort will be made to play the game as scheduled.
Rain Policy Terminology:
Rain DelayA rain delay occurs when a game is temporarily halted after it has started. Play is expected to resume later that same day. Tickets may not be exchanged due to a rain delay.
Rainout / PostponementA rainout or postponement occurs when a game is not played due to inclement weather or other circumstances. Postponed games are typically rescheduled as part of a doubleheader. In the event of a rainout or postponement, tickets may be exchanged at the Covenant Health Park Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
