Welcome to your Knoxville Smokies Account Manager!
This is your home screen, where you’ll find everything you need to manage your tickets. At the top, you’ll see a welcome message along with a carousel featuring important updates, announcements, and new ticket options. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find quick-access buttons that allow you to Manage Your Tickets, Buy Tickets, and view our Contact Information.
It gives you these options. Click SIGN IN.
To access your tickets, click the three lines in the top left corner of the screen to open the menu. From there, you’ll be able to navigate through the different options available in your Account Manager. See above for what the menu looks like.
Use My Events to view, add to your wallet, transfer, exchange, or resell your tickets. All your tickets will appear in this section. You can scroll through each game and select View Event Details to access your ticket options.
The … More button provides options to Transfer, Sell, or Exchange your tickets. If you click the arrow next to each ticket, your barcode will appear so it can be scanned at entry, or you can choose to Add to Wallet for easy access on game day.

Your actual ticket(s). You can scroll left or right to show all tickets.
Click Manage Tickets at the Top to give you access to Transfer or Add to Your Wallet.
Click View Event Details to access your ticket(s).
From there, you’ll be able to choose the tickets you’d like to send and enter the recipient’s information.
Once your tickets appear, click the … More option and select Transfer.
From there, select the seats you would like to transfer. The system will display the most recent recipients you’ve previously sent tickets to.
If you need to send tickets to someone new, click Add a New Recipient. You can choose to send tickets via text message or email by toggling between the two options.
After adding the recipient’s information, simply select their name to complete the transfer.
Then it will give you the opportunity to select 1 or all of your seats to transfer. Once you click your seats Click Next and then it will confirm what seats you are wanting to transfer.
From there you Click Transfer Tickets.
If you are Texting, you MUST SEND THE TEXT. This does NOT confirm that the text has been sent.
You scroll down, confirm the person and click “Send Text”.
You will get a text to pop up in your messages. Make sure you send it to the right person.
It is only sent when you send an actual text message to them.
The recipient will need to accept the tickets through the text message or email they receive.
If the tickets are sent via text message, the recipient simply needs to follow the link and either log in to their existing Ticketmaster account or create a new account to claim the tickets.
If the tickets are sent via email, they will receive a message like the one shown above. After clicking Accept Tickets, they will also be prompted to log in or create a Ticketmaster account in order to access the tickets.
You can go into the event to check whether the recipient has already claimed their tickets. From there, you’ll also have the option to re-send the text message or email, or cancel the transfer to have the tickets returned to your account.
Log into your Account Manager page with the email you purchased your tickets under.
From there, scroll down and click on Manage Tickets and you will be taken to “My Events”.
From there, you will click the 3 little dots in the bottom right corner and click exchange.
When you select Exchange for your game it will give you the option to exchange all tickets for that game or just a couple. So you would select however many seats you are going to be exchanging.
From there, select how many tickets you wish to exchange for this game.
You will be taken to an “Exchange Tickets” page, which will show you what games you are eligible to exchange for.
Once you choose a game, you will be directed to the field map, select the seats you want from the map.
Once selected, go to the cart in the top left corner, and you will see your summary, and it should equal $0, review that these are the correct seats you want to exchange for and hit Submit.
