SUMMARY

The Harrisburg Senators came up short Sunday night in Reading falling to the Fightin Phils 4-3 in ten innings. The Senators scored a run in the top of the tenth to take a 3-2 lead, but with two outs and a runner at third, Reading hit a walk off two-run home run to end the game. It was the second time this season the Senators have lost on a walk off home run. Even with the loss, the Senators still won the series taking four of six games.

THE BIG PLAY(S)

Felix Reyes hit a two-out two-run home run for Reading in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game.

FILIBUSTERS

Harrisburg went 4-for-13 with runners in scoring position. All but one of the at bats came in the first four innings. Four Senators relievers combined to go 5.1 scoreless innings. Yohandy Morales and Carlos De La Cruz both had two hits in the game. The Senators held Reading to 2-for-17 with runners in scoring position and Reading stranded 17 base runners.
