Summary
The Harrisburg Senators finished their six-game series with Binghamton by losing 3-1 Sunday evening in Binghamton. The Senators took a 1-0 in the second inning on an rbi single by Lucius Fox. Binghamton countered with two in the bottom of the third and one more in the fourth to take a 3-1 lead. Harrisburg loaded the bases with one-out in the ninth inning but couldn’t break through to tie or take the lead. Thaddeus Ward tossed five solid innings in his rehab appearance for the Senators.
The Big Play
The Senators had scored a run in the second inning and went on to load the bases with two outs. JT Arruda then hit a long fly ball to center field for the third out of the inning.
