Concessions Manager

• Responsible for the effective management and running of venue concessions operations including event planning support, food preparation & production, inventory, cash control, compliance with alcohol service policies, cleaning, safety, guest service, employee/volunteer training and supervision, troubleshooting, closing duties, and any other tasks assigned by the GM.

Warehouse Manager

• Responsible for the effective management and running of venue distribution/warehouse operations including inventory, receiving, purchasing, ordering, lay-ins, purchase order tracking, clean-up, transfers and equipment maintenance

Chef

• Responsible for effective management and operation of the kitchen including event planning support, ordering product & inventory control, food preparation and production, food cost control, compliance with food safety and sanitation policies, cleaning, kitchen safety & any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Concession stand workers

• Provide excellent customer service to fans ordering food or beverages at NBT Bank Stadium Concession stands
• Run registers & be able to make change
• Help with food prep in concession stands
• Maintain a clean & functional concession stand during & after events

Warehouse workers

• Prep & fill concession stands with product before & during events
• Run kegs, food, paper products, and more from storage to concession stands, bars & hospitality locations
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Waitstaff

• Provide excellent customer service to fans at 4-top & 2-top table seating at NBT Bank Stadium
• Take food & drink orders in a timely manner
• Bring food, drinks & condiments to customers in a timely manner

Bar Tenders

• Provide excellent customer service to fans at NBT Bank Stadium bars
• Experience bartending is preferred
• Must be able to pour beer from a tap, make specialty drinks, etc.
• Maintain a clean & functional workspace

The Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is looking for seasonal hourly staff members for various roles around the ballpark to deliver smiles and great gameday experiences to our guests. Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule for nights, weekends and holidays during the baseball season, and will attend guest service training in mid-March in preparation of the upcoming season.
