The Travelers put up 10 hits including two apiece by Boston Smith and Josh Caron but the Cardinals had 13 hits led by a four hit game from Rainiel Rodriguez. Yhoiker Fajardo earned the win with a quality start of six innings and one run and Sandro Santana pitched the final to collect a save. Jason Ruffcorn started for Arkansas and gave up two runs in five innings but was saddled with the loss.
