Las Vegas scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth, as the Aviators rallied for an 8-7 win over the Salt Lake Bees on Sunday. The Bees led 7-5, but Jordan Diaz tied the game with a two run single off of Jacob Webb (0-3) and picked up the win, as Nick Allen laid down a squeeze bunt to bring home the winning run. This was Salt Lake's first walk-off loss of the season.
The Bees were down 3-2 after the first, but took the lead in the second. Jo Adell extended the inning with a two out single and came home on a two run homer to left by Mickey Moniak. They would add an unearned run in the fifth and extend the lead on a two run single by Moniak in the sixth. Las Vegas would score twice in the sixth before rallying in the ninth for the win. Moniak would lead the the Bees with two hits and four runs batted in, while Trey Cabbage added two hits and one RBI. The Bees went 3-3 in Las Vegas and 6-6 for the road trip.
