Baseball America Unveils Reds Top 30

LOUISVILLE, KY -- Baseball America today unveiled its top 30 prospects in the Cincinnati Reds’ system for the 2022 season. Of the top 30 prospects entering the upcoming campaign, eight suited up with the Louisville Bats last season. Seven of the eight players are on the Reds' 40-Man Roster, with

LOUISVILLE, KY -- Baseball America today unveiled its top 30 prospects in the Cincinnati Reds’ system for the 2022 season. Of the top 30 prospects entering the upcoming campaign, eight suited up with the Louisville Bats last season.

Seven of the eight players are on the Reds' 40-Man Roster, with standout lefty Nick Lodolo as the lone exception.

The eight players include four pitchers, two infielders, one outfielder and a catcher.

In addition, Baseball America also announced the "Best Tools" in the Reds system. The players featured on the list who also played with the Bats last season include the system's Best Hitter for Average, Best Strike-Zone Discipline, Best Curveball (Lodolo), Best Control (Lodolo) and Best Defensive Infielder.
