Baysox & Squirrels Rained Out Thursday Night

Bowie, Md: The Bowie Baysox and Richmond Flying Squirrels game scheduled for Thursday, July 8, 2021 has been postponed due to impending inclement weather due to Tropical Storm Elsa.
Thursday's scheduled game will be made up as part of a Single Admission Double Header on Friday, July 9. The Baysox and Flying Squirrels will play two seven-inning games. The stadium gates will open at 5:00 pm with Game One of the Double Header beginning at 5:35 pm. Game Two of the Double Header will begin approximately 30 minutes following the completion of Game One.
The Baysox continue their six-game home series with Richmond through Sunday, July 11 with a games on Friday (Double Header) at 5:35 pm, Saturday at 6:35 pm and Sunday at 1:35 pm.
Fans holding tickets for the originally scheduled game on Thursday, July 8 can exchange their ticket(s) for any remaining home game during the 2021 regular season by contacting the Baysox Ticket Office by phone (301.464.4865) between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday or on Saturdays when the team is playing at home. Fans can also exchange their tickets in person at the Baysox ticket office during regular box office hours.
Fans holding tickets for the scheduled game on Friday, July 9 will be able to use their tickets to enjoy both games of the double header. Fans with undated or flex use tickets can also enjoy both games of the double header by redeeming their ticket for a ticket to the game on Friday.
The Austin "Gloveman" Hays bobble head giveaway, sponsored by Money One Federal Credit Union, scheduled for Thursday, July 8 will be added to the number of bobble heads originally scheduled to be given away on Saturday, July 10, making the total number of bobble heads to be given away that night a quantity of 200.
